Your welcome. Thanks for posting videos. I’m still on the beginner routine but plan to transition to these and the Mandingo stretch once I got my 30 days in
@Big Schwanz Acht, I have some further more questions about the Vacu Vin mod.Bathmate gator-bite is zero-fun, but when I used the wine-pump I no longer had that issue. Go on Amazon and order the VacuVin (should still be around $10usd) and buy a short stretch (2-3 inches) of PVC tubing (I believe 7/8" inside diameter but bring your VV to make sure it fits the end of it). Then stretch one end of the tubing over the BM tip (I keep mine permanently attached) and once you have the BM surcured to your body, use the VV and slowly draw the air/water from the cylinder (this can be a tad 'fiddly'). Once you get the hang of it, it'll be easy...just be careful cuz the amount of pressure you'll be able to impart will blow your mind.
As a side-note, I do all my BM work 'whole-package' and that may take some getting-used-to. I currently only use my BM (X40 model...that's how old it is) maybe once each week, (I use the Goliath even less) since I get too much fluid retention. The MityVac 2 1/2" cylinder keeps the FR to a minimum for me
Wow I forgot about this@Big Schwanz Acht, I have some further more questions about the Vacu Vin mod.
Just to clarify, you have the PVC tubing permanently fixated over the valve on the Bathmate pump, as I understand it.
But what do you do with the end (the cork for the Vacu Vin) where you apply suction/vaccum with the Vacu Vin pump, when you need to relive all the vaccum/pressure?
Do you take of the cork off from the PVC tubing, or can you remove the vaccum/pressure as well with the Vacu Vin pump? I just don't understand how you remove the vaccum from the pump with all this attached.
I'm asking because I have not bought a Vacu Vin jet, so I have no idea of how they work (apply and relive vaccum?).
I made a picure to clarify my question:

Kind regards.
I agree about the skin getting sore and I think it’s worse for us being uncut. My skin is getting beat up also. I actually brace and cringe when I have to unwrap the Theraband……and some times the second turn as well cause of the rubber rub. I drink wine while doing it which helps with the pain….I need to try to split everything up. I'm going to try doing 3 days on doing lengthmaster sessions, and one day off/rest...and repeat.
I think this also will be good, since this allows me to incoperate my physical training/going to the gym more easily.
I need to try this out and see if this will be more kind for the skin on my penis.
The skin is really sore right now and I'm on my last day before my rest day. I think 6 days on and 1 day off/rest is a little to many days in a row, in order to assume my penis skin would heal from that.
Yes the foreskin are for sure getting in the way. I do my best to push it up on my "fat pad". I need to start using the black tape again, to force the foreskin to stay back.I agree about the skin getting sore and I think it’s worse for us being uncut. My skin is getting beat up also. Be sure to drink lots of waterWith this method I need to plan my, one meal per day very well.
Thanks for the reminder. Important with water.Be sure to drink lots of water![]()
Discovered that I can stretch behind my ass, and make the "downward stretch" more intense. It's not downward anymore. It's more like down, backwards and up. I believe these will increase the intensity even further.

Awesome. This will help me a lot.Sorry for the late reply (just ran-across this post...and beautiful artwork)
To relieve the pressure of the VV cork, you tilt the pip (tiny tip in the middle of the cork) to one side. Since I had an extra X40 I kept one 'stock' and just slid a piece of PVC tubing over the end (BM valve full intact just like it came out-of-the-box) and mounted the VV hand-pump over the 'open' end of the tubing...it just happened to fit perfectly (I believe the 3" or 4" piece of tubing was 7/8"ID but don't quote me on that). You may need to heat the PVC a tad to stretch it over the top of the BM.
On the other BM cylinder, I did some major surgery and removed the entire BM valve assembly so I was just left with a tube/gaitor and the VV cork fit perfectly in the top.
Either way works, but I use my PVC modded BM and haven't dug-out the 'cut' BM in many years.
You haven't joined any rooms.
