@orgasmic19 do you get sore skin at the base? You are doing bundled stretches with the lengthmaster?

I don’t use the lengthmaster that much mainly for bundles as a pre stretch before hanging and the bundle chamber for weights. I recently added extra stretches during the day using the LM.

I haven’t experienced skin soreness I usually make sure I take the LM off every 15 minutes to restore blood supply. I also pump and edge for 30 minutes right after hanging for speedy recovery. This might have something to do with this I’m not totally sure.

Maybe try taking warm hot shower to help with any soreness such warm ups and warms down with water therapy.

My wrapping technique is simple now. Use the whole piece of theraband and a couple layers of the black adhesive tape starting from the base to the top just below the glans.

I think I bundle to much (to many rotations) but I want it extremely intense. I try to bundled as much as possible and then pull everything down in a downward bundled stretch and keep it in 5 minutes in either directions, then after 10 minutes I take a break and detach from the lengthmaster to restore blood flow, after some time like ~ 3 minutes I do It all over again for 10 minutse and then when the times pips I'm done with that session.

Try to do 3 sessions per day, but after a while I need to go down to 2 sessions or take a rest day (only one) in order to heal up somewhat.

I did some pumping tonight and it feels heal up now.
 
I know you are focusing only on length right now, but if you like the bathmate why not try using warm water after as a warm down. This may or may not help with any soreness issues. I also hear cold water therapy is good too.

I will try that. But can't let the gator 🐊 get me, so it's going to be at low pressure. Thanks for the tip brother. Cold water sounds painful, and my penis will retract. My goal is to keep my penis as longated as possible after each sessions for as long as possible. The flaccid length after the third session is insanely long.

My penis is pretty straight are you trying to get rid of your curve? I would say hanging is the most and intense way of stretching for elongation and by doing sets the more chances of fatigue in my opinion. There’s no way I could generate that amount of force without a weight.

I can only imagine the intense stretching hanging will generate. If you would hang and then do a 20 minutes session with the LENGTHMASTER that would probably be helpful to bypass your body to hold back in the stretches, so you are practically doing reverse kegels without thinking about it.

I want to keep my curvature, that's why I'm hesitant to hanging and ADS, and I'm only using LENGTHMASTER and a pel.wrap.
 
Got back to the size of the THERABAND, in the video in the post #513, it's perfect for me. I need more flaccid penis in order to make it work with a bigger piece of THERABAND.

The piece of THERABAND in that video have the dimensions: 23 cm x 6,5 cm (~ 9" x 2.6").

Will I gain with these downward bundled stretches?

This is an insight in how I'm doing my LM dbs 20 (Lengthmaster - Downward Bundled Stretches, 20 minutes).
I could not bundle 2,5 revolutions as I have previously mentioned. Tonight my tunica felt stiff (last session of 3). Also when I record I need to focus on making the video, so the stretches isn't as intense as they could have been. These stretches are really intense.

I hold the stretches for 5 minutes at either direction (10 minutes and then I take a break, and do another 10 minutes), and I'm trying to bundle and go as deep as possible into the stretch. It worked with the broomstick so I think this approach will work with the lengthmaster as well.
