Should I rest my penis?

I was exercisin 2day and got a good workout.

A lot later 2day I was about 2 start another workout

I found I can get an erection but it hurts a bit 2 perform a constrictor ( which is what I wanted 2 do ).

Is this down 2 the fact I just need 2 rest my cock in the same way I'd rest a muscle group in the GYM?

Has anyone got an expierence with this subject? Also does has anyone found addin certain things 2 their diet has affected gains?

I've heard a bit about this PH theory. What does everyone think?
