Sex before PE affecting quality of exercises

Hi

Lately, I've noted that I'm truly struggling with basic exercises whilst doing my daily routine. I've been having sex prior to doing my PE and it leaves my penis in a somewhat exhausted state. Stretching is almost excruciating and using Bathmate is uncomfortable.
Could this be a phase that I'm going through or should I refrain from having sex before I've done my PE?

NB I have not noticed the same effect vice versa.

You are not suppose to have sex before a girth session. Better still, wait at least 6 hours after sex before doing girth exercise. I don't normally do pe right after sex.

I finish every form of pe for the day and close the day with one round of masturbation.
 
this is your body's natural phase and fighting it will only frustrate you further...are you able to conduct your exercises/routines prior to having sex? This would be the best of both worlds because you would be maintaining an 'after-workout' size during coitus and helping to 'cement' those temporary gains.

Sex after my exercises has not presented problems so far. Sure, it may take me a little longer to achieve an erection of decent quality but the act itself has not been hindered. I've tried to sustain the temporary gains after a workout but if I were to incorporate sex or masturbation after PE into my routine how long should that last? =) Realistically, I can't have sex for more than an hour.

I was going to say in the same thing. In my case I think it actually benefited me in the sense that I was able to get through fatigue quicker by doing my exercises before sex particularly girth. Are used to do my growth routine 10 minutes before I had sex because I want to be at my biggest. I think that desire to have that size really enhanced the routine and its outcome.

Otherwise no matter what i do at some point im getting an erection. 2 weeks ago i had a relapse (recovering from adult entertainment addiction) and i used to masturbate just before PE. These were the best stretching workouts i have ever had.

PS I went from 19 cm in BPFSL to 22.5 in 2 months. This is more than an inch. I really hope those gains transfer to BPEL LOL

Congratulations on the gains! That was a very fast period of growth for two months. Just keep doing what you’re doing and they will transfer to erect BP gains, to ensure this you can do some erect stretches. Nothing converts flaccid bone pressed stretched gains to erect length bone pressed like erect stretches. I also suggest you wear and ADS at all times you’re not training to help cement gains. The hottest ADS right now is the SiliStretcher which does so much in the sense of gaining and healing. Keep up the good work and the gains will continue to come in.

Your refractory period is the best time to stretch as the pelvic floor muscles do not have enough strength to hold back the stretch. This can also be accomplished without orgasm through DLD blasters and my brand new routine called SiliStretcher Reverse Pyramid Sets. This new routine is going to probably be the best length routine going. Link below. I do not like to watch pornography so I try to look for fatigue in other ways. I’m kind of on the NoFap kick but for different reasons. It’s best to do PE without pornography.

Sex is good right before length stretching but bad for girth. If must do girth, wait for at least 6 hours before your girth session but train length right after sex.
