Sex after hysterectomy?

You have to learn the art of the squirt! :-) Getting a woman to have an orgasm that squirts you have to get around the cervix and you got a plant your head right into that cul-de-sac. You hit that puppy in the ocean slow

I'm going to find a way to do that. I believe it has everything to do with a long penis? Correct?

Sometimes, sometimes it has everything to do with how low their cervix is. Jen I could get to her spot at 8.5" with my ex-wife I could get there in 4" so it could be the length of the cock or the depth of the cervix. And remember the goal is not to bang the cervix (ouch) it is to get around the cervix, behind it, that is where the sweet spot is.

Position also makes a difference. Throw her knees up to her shoulders and it gets a lot easier. Or from behind if she's ass up face down with the right tilt. All of this can be accomplished with an average or less penis.

When I'm just on top now how she tilts her pelvis determines how deep I hit. I have accidentally hit her cervix when she's tilted certain ways and other ways I'm nowhere close.

You see why I need that 8.5 inches length? I'm aiming directly for it.

I wish I stopped at 8.5 but I couldn't I was trying to get to 14" (pipe dreams) by the time I hit 10" I gave up on that dream.

I must get to 8.5 before switching over to girth. I noticed that length exercise is becoming addictive for me. I find it hard to stop. Maybe I will go to 9 inches :)

That's a bit bigger than my goal. I want to hit 8" BPEL. If I can maintain my fat pad between 1/2 - 3/4" I'll look over 7" EL. That's a huge penis.

I want to be able to lose my fat pad and gain more muscle, how do I accomplish that?

Yeah Clad? HOW?

Diet guys, diet. Exercise is good but if you don't eat right it won't matter. If you want to build muscle you've gotta go to the gym and lift lots of heavy stuff. If you want to lose fat you can still go to the gym and lift heavy stuff. Cardio is good too. Helps burn a few hundred calories and makes sure everything is working right.

Eat protein, good fats (avoid saturated, unsaturated are good for you), and clean carbs. If you're trying to lose weight you need to eat less than you burn. If you're trying to gain muscle mass you need to eat more. A lot more.

I want to gain some muscle and lose fat pad so this means I need to eat much healthy food and do exercises?

What are the good proteins and clean carbs? Can you give examples?

Protein - chicken is great. Beef, pork, and fish also have protein but don't go overboard. Eggs are good but if you're eating a lot of them cut out some yolks cause it's bad cholesterol. All natural peanut butter is good and so are nuts like almonds. Green leafy vegetables also have protein and being lower in calories you can eat a lot and it'll fill you up without a ton of calories. Protein shakes are great after a workout (buy the powder and mix it in milk or water).

GOOD fats - all natural peanut butter, nuts, olive oil (you can use olive oil and vinegar on salads instead of dressing), fish oil, things like that. Read the labels and avoid as much saturated fat as possible. You're going to get a little but if it's got more unsaturated fat than the other you're generally okay.

Carbs - oatmeal, whole grain beards, and brown rice are all good but if you're trying to lose weight don't eat a lot of them. All sugars are carbs. You want more Complex Carbohydrates than simple ones and sugars. A quick breakfast is ground up raw oatmeal mixed in a protein shake. Clean carbs and protein to start the day.

You've gotta count calories and grams of everything if you're really serious and strict about it. Most diets that maintain weight are 2000-2500 calories a day. If you want to lose weight drop to 1800 and increase activity. You can go a little lower, maybe 1600, if you aren't losing 1 pound every other week. You don't want to lose more than 1.5lbs per week so if you're dropping more weight than that increase your calories.

I forget the ratios but I think for weight loss you want 40% of your calories from protein, 40% from fats, and 20% from carbs. This is where counting and reading labels is up to you.

To GAIN muscle mass you need to eat a lot while doing a lot of exercise and weight lifting. You'll want to eat your body weight in grams of protein per day. So if you're 175lbs eat 175g of protein. Plus you want a lot of good fats and eat clean carbs. You'll also be eating 3000 calories a day or more. Hit the gym 4-6x a week and switch up muscle groups. They need 24-48hrs rest before working the same muscles again so they can rebuild.

I think that covers a lot of it.

And I think I had already said this but you can lift weights and gain muscle while losing fat. It takes energy to move those heavy weights so if you're on a weight loss diet your body will burn fat for additional energy while rebuilding muscles. Throw in cardio for more calorie burning.

If you're going to lift weights and do cardio to lose fat ignore the scale. You can lose fat and build muscle at the same time which will throw off your weight. At the end of a month you may see you only lose 2-3lbs but really you shed 4-5lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle. Go by how you look, feel, and how your clothes fit or you may end up putting yourself on a 1000 calorie diet thinking you're not losing weight. That will end up hurting you more than anything. I have lost maybe 3 pounds in the last 3 months but my belt is a notch tighter. I've been eating better and running. I was told that my butt is getting bigger and nicer looking. I've lost more than 3lbs of fat and have gained leg muscle. That's why the scale says I've only lost 3lbs.

Eat often for weight loss, 4-5x a day, just eat smaller meals to hit your calorie total. If you're trying to gain mass eat 5-6x a day and eat a lot.

Hit up Google for more diet and workout info. I'm by no means an expert. Many years ago I was far more active in gaining muscle and shedding fat. There are people who know far more than me and can really break it down further for you guys.

It's work, just like PE. You'll get out of it what you put in.

I will take all the advice. I know just like PE, getting rid of the fat pad should be a life time commitment.

Once the fat pad is dealt with it is all about keeping diet and exercise in check. If you remember about this time last year I lost all the weight and I was where I wanted to be. Well once I got there I stopped doing everything that got me there and now I am suffering the consequences. Maintenance is important in all things!

It's so easy to ruin your diet too. It starts with "oh I haven't had a donut in a while" and next thing you know its "I haven't had a salad in months."

Moderation is key when it comes to eating.

Smoking Marijuana makes eating in moderation difficult.

Not enough chili.

I'm not a huge hot dog fan however a few years ago I had some Nathan's brand hot dogs. They were really damn good.

Mine have 10 times more chili and cheese. My hustle is at 7/11. I get a hot dog and then I fill the box with like a pound of chili and cheese :) Dinner for the day for $2!
