Figured I'd share my fitness story of the day. I've been getting pumped for a week to try 405 lbs on squats, well... today I faced off with it. I managed to get 2 reps and almost a third rep, half way up the third rep my legs failed and I went to the floor with the spotting cage catching the weight for me. Never being satisifed I did 365 for 4 reps after this since I didn't reach my goal of 4 reps @ 405 lbs. I'm going to reduce the weight and go for extra reps for the next 2 weeks then face off with 405 again in 3 weeks
Wish me luck, I'll need it being as I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs vs. that kind of weight
