I was wondering before I even started pe I noticed that I have low sensitivity in penis head and the skin a little inward of the penis head. I notice when I have sex that sometimes I just have no sentivity at all. I am getting a little worried because 95 percent of the time I can't get of on oral or intercourse. I have been thinking of going to a doctor to see about my problem what do you guys think.

Probably due to circumcision. You might need to start seeing about foreskin restoration to somewhat repair the original nerves that were slashed off. I'm cut too and I know that the feelings of thrusting aren't nearly as good as uncut people describe them as.

I actually am circumsized the but your right about the nerves there just really isn't any feeling. One thing I forgot to mention is that my penis head is always ice cold I do not know why I am wondering if it has to do with my weight training, I am seriously considering a seeing a doctor about my problem because it has me concerned alot more as of lately.
 
Weight training and other excessive exercise does cause serious penis shrinkage! It's only temporary though, I get it for about a day after going to the gym. Cold, small, almost numb, lifeless. But then it definately goes back to normal. Have you done anything to damage the head eg grabbing it too hard?
