I have a fairy low hanging large balls, and while some find this desirable, I find that my scrotum skin is just too loose for my taste. It shirks up fine when in cold water, but when hot they hang very low. (maybe 5" from body)

Is there anything I can do to shirk my scrotum skin a bit (short of surgery)?

A lot of guys try to get low hanging bull balls. A lot of women like to play with low hangers. As long as your member is longer than the sack in flaccid state it´s all good, otherwise a huge sack can make your member look smaller, and that don´t we want to happen.
Try to work your way to a big flaccid and you´ll get great response!

Wow man, you don't like it? I wish I could have balls resistant to shrinkage lol I wish they always hung at their peak.

Ever since watching a Wesley Pipes scene I've wanted to wrap my balls around my shaft & feed it to a girl as a hot dog (to suck of course )

just haven't plucked up the courage yet lol
