Saddam Captured!

Bush is such a lucky guy. As soon as the Halliburton scandal started to be uncovered, we find Saddam. Hey kinda like Enron. And wouldnt he be so lucky, that just a couple of months before the presidential election, we suddenly find Osama Bin Laden! Well that would ensure a victory!

Im thrilled that Saddam is gone, but thats not why we went into Iraq. I think that we need to concentrate on Al-Queda and Osama, instead of putting half of our entire Army into Iraq. We lost the war in Afghanistan. The Taliban are alive and at large. The person responsible for 9/11 is still free.

It seems like democrats can never give the president credit. The president, America, Iraq, and freedom in general gets a huge victory with the capture of Saddam, why do you have to dumb it down and give no credit to the administration by saying "IT MEANS NOTHING! WE DON'T HAVE OSAMA!" I mean, you can church it up by saying stuff like, "But thank god we found him. But now for the real culprit, lets find and execute Osama!" I agree with that, but it seems like your real intent is to disfuse from the victory of catching Saddam.
 
All of it kinda means nothing in the end. Catching any of those scumbags ain't gonna bring shit to a halt. The "War On Terror" is here to stay and is not going anywhere.

This shit will go on and on as long as Israel exists. This whole situation boils down to it being their fault.
 
How did the US get Saddam's actual DNA to begin with? Did they have a spy come in and steal a pair of his underwear or something?

His daughters and sons-in-law defected several years ago (only to, for some reason, return later. The SiL's were summarily murdered). I'm sure we have some samples from his offspring, or perhaps from the person himself through an unpublicized mean.
 
Even that gasoline shortage we had back in the seventies was the fault of the Jews and Israel... back when OPenis EnlargementC was formed... Israel's fault.

No one dares to say it in the media, but all this Middle East bullshit is the fault of Israel and of the U.S. for protecting them.
 
Godsize is right. Saddam and Osama are just names and faces. For every one of them, there are hundreds, if not thousands, to take their place.

Even if we catch Osama, it really will mean nothing. Osama is looked at as a religious figure. And Islam looks at martyrdom as the most noble thing you can do for your God. Giving up your life for your cause and beliefs. Osama's capture and death will only strenghthen their cause.

Saddam flew to Europe in order to have dental work done. That is how the U.S. go this DNA.

Well, sort of. In the 7th century at the start of Islam, Islamists began wars of conquest, as per their teachings, that all other religions should be driven from control of the lands -- though other religions are tolerated to exist, the lands must be controlled by Islam.

Islam has not changed. It is still a conquering religion. It still believes that lands should be controlled by Islam alone. Naturally they view a loss of lands with deep hatred.

In this day and age, however, we understand the concept of religious freedom. So such land claims, past, present, and future, have no validity. Islam is not entitled to control all the lands on earth. Islam is not entitled to control any lands on earth. People should be free to pick their religion without having to defer to a state religion.

So yeah, in a way it is our "fault" because we won't suBathmateit to the dictates of Islamic authority.

I'm not on Islam's side either. I think they're both wrong. I think the U.S. should let Israel fight for their own strip of shit desert, but if that were to happen I think Israel would get devoured by it's surrounding countries since nobody likes Israel... except Jews.

I think maybe if the Jews would shut the fuck up just once in their whole existence, then maybe everyone wouldn't want to fucking kill them every chance they could get. Israel is the cause of all this bullshit, yet they are forever the world's "victims". Man, fuck that bullshit. According to their law, we (non-jews) are just "cattle", but nobody prints that in the paper.

Oh yeah, I might be wrong and I'm definitely no authority on the subject, but I think the U.S. should bomb the fucking shit out of Saudi Arabia. All this terrorist bullshit is funded by them anyway, isn't it? Yet, the Saudies seem to be untouchable and never mentioned on the news for some reason. What's up with that?

- couldn't agree with you more man. samuel huntington's clash of civillizations theory hasn't exatcly come to pass, but i think cultural stress is the new #1 source of international war and malcontent.

i don't wanna get down to an arguement about it. and nobody is more aware of the fuck-ups and conflictory actions of israel than me, and i disagree with a lot of them, as well as the seemingly unquestioned US support of all of their fucked up actions. but boiling down all mideast conflict to israel, shit dude, all i can say is WHAT THE FUCK.

do you really believe mideast violence and terrorism is going to go away tomorrow if israel somehow magically disappears? i don't think anyobdy in their right mind would sign on to that statement. and then when you, being a person that i sincerely belive is intelligent and observant, says something like, i can't help but jump to the conclusion that you just don't fucking like jews. why else say it, believe it, whatever?

also man, (godsize), you can't just boil down terrorism to a state, especially when they control the world oil market to a profound degree. if wee just started blasting saudi arabia because the state might have certain avenues of finance that support terrorism, than many innocent saudies would suffer. and excuse me for being so self rightous, but i think that is about as lowly as terrorism. in my opinion of course. an american life isn't worth more than any other, even if what we belive in, do, ect. may be superior. that kind of thinking is what leads to this cross-cultural hatred, and eventually murder and terrosim, in the first place.

Why is Islam stuck in the past? The great thing about our country, is that we have the learned to ignore our religious leaders. Which most of us do. I mean when their religious leaders tell them to do something, they actually do it!

But when the Pope is like "no masturbation" and "no pre-marital sex". We dont take it seriously.

Why do people think they know what happens to you when you die? And if they say they know what happens, their lying. I believe in God, or a Creator, but I dont believe in religion. If there was no such thing as religion, then there would be no terrorism.

Its also a clash of civilizations. I mean we spend all our time trying to get women to undress, but they keep their women in beekeeper suits. We like our women in the workplace, and they stone their women if they fart in public.

Oh the reason why we will never attack Saudi Arabia, is because we are long time business partners. George Bush is protecting them. Thats where the 9/11 terrorists came from, and thats where the Bin Ladens got their respect and their money. They are like the Rockafellers of the Middle East.
 
ha, sorry man, i'm not trying to pick another fight and end up taking over the thread. i think godsize and i have an understanding at least. he knows i don't really have a problem with his views, i just don't understand.

plus, as i said before, we agree on more than we disagree, and i enjoy most of his posts. when it comes to jews, i think he has a hang-up. i don't think he cares that i think that, and i'm entilted to my grumpiness. it's only because i think godsize writes interesting posts on this board that i bitch, cause hey, maybe i can get him to think about it.
