So I started PE the beginning of this year. I’ve picked up different workouts and things to do as I’ve read more and more. My routine feels pretty great. I know I’m doing a lot but I don’t feel like I’m overloading myself. My routine is as follows.

Morning I do length master BTC bundled stretches 20min with heat fan. After I put vitamin E and hydrocortisone on and then use infrared light on myself for 20 minutes. I’ll hop in the shower, wash everything off and then put DMSO gel with aloe on. I’ll let that dry and then I’ll put an ADS on and keep the tension minimum but enough to stay elongated and heal stretched. At night I’ll shower off the DMSO and do the Angion method in the shower. Then the length master again for 20min. I’ll take my vitamins to help with blood flow, put some vitamin E and hydrocortisone on and do some tunica scraping with a gua sha tool. Then I’ll do 10x10x3 but 5 min of SSJ and 10 of pumping for each set. After I’ll do infrared light for 20 min. Wipe off any excess vitamin e, clean hands and junk, reapply DMSO. I stay wrapped through the night for elongation. I’ve never had any trouble with this and I like the feeling. I do this routine about everyday. Sometimes I’ll rest a day or 2 when I I feel I need to. I take testosterone as well so I know that helps with downtime from healing. Anytime I read something new that may benefit me and my routine I’ve added it. For instance the Angion method and DMSO I started last week. And the gua sha tunica scraping the week before that. My routine feels pretty on point now.

With all of this I feel like I’ll make good gains but also worried I’m being a bit excessive? I’ve kind of became addicted to PE. I haven’t had any injuries (knock on wood) and feel fine each day. Should I continue if everything has been fine?

I’m on these forums and some R3dd1t pages about every 5 hours to try and find more on PE. It’s addicting 😅
What I would say to you here is, if your looking to increase your workload further, add more PE gadgets, It’s sure sign you need to ramp up your LM intensity, be a more dynamic or take the bundle to the next level.

I’m at the max for me for bundling sadly. What’s more dynamic though? I’m currently doing bundled BTC stretches with LM for 20 day and night.

In regard to DMSO, which I have made recommendations (just my personal) before, please ensure that the Aloe you are using is 💯 pure and organic. And I mean nothing else. DMSO is a powerful solvent, basically, and will carry ANYTHING into the skin and thus into the body and tissues. Extremely and vitally important that anything you use in combo with DMSO (which should be >99% pharmacies grade) be organic, non-toxic and free of any harmful materials. Heck, if you were to apply DMSO and then immediately put on polyester blend of undies, that polyester could leach into the skin as well. Always use a 💯 organic cotton pad or ball for application. Go naked and let dry at least 20 minutes before putting on anything. I use DMSO with organic rose hip oil, hexane free and organic coconut oils etc. Just ensure NOTHING of any residual is on the penis when you apply DMSO. Just my input.

Your routine is very intense, just make sure it is working. PE addiction helps with cutting off bad habits and friendships that are not good for you.

If I were to be in your shoes, I will do my routine 2 days on and 1 day off, or 3 days on and 1 day off.

I make sure to wear white cotton sweatpants and let dry.
But I’ve been using my hands. Sanitizing them first, then applying with fingers. Is that bad?
What’d you use DMSO for and how long? Did you like it?

When I’ve got a bit PE obsessed and doing research, wanting more, It’s because I’ve a got a bit lazy just doing the same day in day out. And not increased intensity.

LM is all you need, bend it, twist it, roll it, stand up get on your knees.

Looks like I made some gains? So hard to measure. First picture is 01/03/24 fast forward to today 04/02/24.
2nd pic I’ve got discoloration thanks to DMSO.
Looks like 5.5” to 6.1” correct?
