Most people mix up routines every so many weeks when body building to stay ahead of plateaus, should the same concept be adopted to Penis Enlargement?

When working on length, I like to focus on one particular exercise until I have tapped all the gains from it before switching over to another exercise.

There is no need to compare Penis Enlargement to body building, it's not the same. They are two completely different worlds. You need to change your thinking when you get into Penis Enlargement. You are not growing muscles.

You don't need to mix up routines. Just incase the intensity as you progress, and just change it a little bit to keep growing. Don't be all over the place, keep yourself with a clear and simple program. If the program is simple it's easy to follow as well.

I like this progression.
(Start with:
1 minute stretches).
1. Regular stretches in all directions (barehands).
2. Regular bundled stretches in all directions (barehands).
3. Bundled stretches with the help of a Power Assist device (or a broomstick).
4. Downward Bundled Stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3.
5. BTC Bundled Stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3.

Always increase the intensity as you progress, in every step of the way. To get maximum elongation of your tissue you can go up as high as 5 minutes per stretch. See video under, 5. in the list above.

But keep in mind that you need to work to get to this point. It's not recommended to immediately go this hard, start with 1 minute stretches. Steady progression and then you will be able to get 5 minutes per stretch. These type of 5 minute stretches are not static, they are dynamic (that's important). Watch the video to understand what I'm saying.
