Yes I am but I always where it upward it's just more comfortable that way and I can stand,sit down, bend over to pick stuff up easy . As long as I'm extended that's all that matters right

Exactly especially with an extender in an upward position as the only thing you can expect from that is to heal in your maximum length. It is very difficult to get a good stretch with an extender in an upward position so it’s not the best for Tunica work but it does work great for healing methods. But I’m sure you already know this. And you are correct all that matters is that your extended for elongated for as long as possible so to heal you gains very quickly.
 
I only us my extender for healing elongated.
Manuals & bathmate & hanging do the rest. Thanks what do you thank about that

So we’re looking for length and you want to increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles, correct? The routine that Red sent to you is the perfect Kegel routine. Keep in mind you can do Kegels all day long every day the more you do the better. I would like you to also look after reverse Kegels because this is going to be very useful in your length workout. The time you have is awesome so we can work in some healing work and additional extender work. Let me put something together for you have a look over it and let me know what you think. I’ll write the routine for you this evening.
