I was just thinking about something when I was at work today about ligs tunica interal stretches for leanth. Like day 1 focus on ligs day 2 focus on tunica day 3 focus on internal stretches. Kind of like when your at the gym and you work your arms one day chest the next day back on the next day . What do you thank
I work out every day so yes no days off . I was at work and I was thinking how can I make pe less boring and I thought up this routine so you don't have to do the same routine every day. And I think it keeps you more motivated to keep going just like being apart of this forum & the brotherhood thanks

Workout 4 part 2
Day 4 Girth
5 min worm up
6 min bundled stretch
5 min bathmate + 5 min slow squash jelqs 3 sets =30 min
5 sets of ulies 1 min a piece
Put on sizegenetics for the rest of the day
My current measurement is
