I started at 4" now I'm 6"
My routine is
10 min workup
10 min bundle streatch
10 min hanging
10 min a stretch
10 min v stretch
10 min mandingo stretch
Edge/ulies 20 min
Wear sizegenetics for 3 to 4 hrs for the rest of the day

What? How long does it take you to make the 2 inch gain? That’s just insane you must feel like 1 million bucks!
 
I thank about 6 yrs but I only used a air pump I know it's for girth but at that time that's all I new there wuz I just new in my mind it would make me longer so I just stuck to it back thin I didn't know you dont post to us it for 1 hr but now I do my best results cam whin I
Pumped for 1 hr
Edged/ulies for 1 hr +
Lost weight
 
When I lost weight and did this workout I wuz more like 7 or 7 1/2 that's insane right
I went from
230 lbs to 189 lbs within 6 months while I did this workout
 
Now that I thank about it when I edged and I couldn't go no more I would do ulies but I would grab the bottom of my shaft and lift up for 15 to 30 sec I thank I was pulling my interal penise out of my body I did this for 6 months every day pumping every other day and I thank the edging helped my recovery from pumping
 
I lost about 40 lbs
This is what I did
I only had I salad a day on lunch break at work
Walked for 20 min to 2 hrs a day

Well you blow my mind dude! Fabulous work and the weight you lost he must feel great! I bet so much more penis a showing now!
 

A whole year, wow, that’s the longest I’ve ever heard somebody waiting to measure. The thing that bothers me about this is what if what you are doing now is not working? How would you know that you need to change to a different workout if you don’t check your gains every three months?
 
True I never thought about that good point
They don’t have to be official measurements but just a loose measurements to know that your routine is working. So I say to measure your girth after every session to be sure you’re getting expansion and to do a bone pressed flaccid stretched measurement once a month to be sure you’re making length gains. Official measurements can be once a year where you make every measurement.
 
Dld i only got 4 hrs to. Commit to pe when i get off work so i can get 8 hrs of sleep and i got 1 hr before i have to go to work. Is 30 min to 1 hr manual workout and 3 to 4 hrs in my extender good to make gains

That is plenty of time to make gains, much more time than most men invest.
