Routine Help, Please

Would really appreciate some help with my routine.
I am passed my newbie gains and have hit a plateau that I can’t break.

Tools available:
-LengthMaster / Power Assist
-Bathmate
-Vacuum Cap Extender, extremely comfortable and easy to put serious force (bottom out the springs and use the screws) for 60/120 min at a time.
-Hanging 12-1/2 pound range
-Phallosan Forte mostly used now for night/sleep (was my main tool for newbie gains)
-Manuals/Jelq/etc.

So, those are my available tools... but the following is my available PE Times
M-F 45 mins in the early morning
M-Th 45 mins in the early evening
M-Sun 90 mins night time
M-Sun ~3 hrs while sleeping (then it wakes me up and gets removed)

I really want more length gains, 1/2” more length would put me over 2” total gained from PE and it is a serious goal for me.

I would really appreciate ya’lls feed back.

Hello Michael Aaron welcome to the brotherhood! You have all the equipment you need to do the full SRT work out. This work out is the most powerful routine you’ll find and will bring gains very quickly. If you jump in the SRT learn it, and master it, you should be able to make a half inch gain in two months. You should see an inch within nine to 12 months either way, girth and length. Have a read through SRT come back to me with any questions you might have I can help you, along with the brotherhood, to create a routine that’s gonna take avantage of every bit of equipment you have combined with some of the best manual exercises
 
I had read the first few pages before and read the whole thread today.

Question, on page 21 you about a new improved version of SRT. Then 4-5 pages later there is a broken YouTube link... then another mention or two over the last 14 pages but that is it.
Mentions, broken link,..... is there more somewhere?
 
The improved version replaced the orginal post?

There will always be slight changes as time progresses and we learn more, come to new conclusions. Bundled stretches were not in the original SRT along with many others.
 
You have a very good set of tools available! That's great.

The SRT is great and I'm glad to hear you've studied it well.

I would most likely be concentrating on using Lengthmaster and Phallosan. Even though you mentioned getting most newbie gains with Phallosan, I think it still could part of your schedule, especially M~Sunday while sleeping.

Then again by mornings and evenings Lengthmaster could be the tool of choice. As I've understood there are many different stretches to be done, so alternating them day by day or session by session could be productive.

Remembering to rest is important as well! Maybe certain days you'll do the morning routine and let your penis rest for the evening.
I know plateau can be very frustrating but if one's mindset is at that, then the gains might really make themself wait.
Finding peace and stress free time or enviroment is also beneficial. When your mind is at ease, your body can work more in sync.

I wish you the best times of gaining, I'm sure you can reach your goal!

Lovely set of equipment. What would you like help with, is it setting up a new routine based around your available times? or is it simply advice on what would go where?

I can do something personal for you, that would use all the equipment.

You NEVER back down, you constantly want push yourself to your maximum abilities. This is where gains are and you have to be consistently progressive with intensity to get them. The biggest reason men gain here so much faster than others is the hardcore nature of our brotherhood. Guck the other forums, tell your friends to come here on the Island of Misfit Toys! (alien)

I would definitely kick the jelq + manual stuff into the long grass for now, and lets concentrate on structuring the equipment.

  1. M-F 45 mins in the early morning = Lengthmaster for 15 mins followed by Hanging for 30 mins in x2 15 min sets
  2. M-Th 45 mins in the early evening = Hanging for 20 mins followed by Lengthmaster for 25 mins
  3. M-Sun 90 mins night time = Hanging for x3 20 mins follwed by Lengthmaster 20 mins and then to finish off a nice bath with the bathmate for 10 mins
  4. M-Sun ~3 hrs while sleeping (then it wakes me up and gets removed) = Phallosan Forte, but you should be able to wear this longer then 3 hours.

Please see the following thread for advice on wearing the Phallosan Forte at night from our rep Julian.

I missed the vacuum extender from this, due to the fact it can be worn anytime really between sessions, but if you want me to be specific with it let me know, so I can pin down some times for you.

As you can see, its a length orientated routine as you require, hence why the bathmate should take a backseat in my opinion ... yes the bathmate helps with length, but when compared against all equipment you have, its not the #1 in my view to target length.

The bathmate used at night after all the hanging, and lengthmaster sessions will nourish your penis, and give it a great expansion from everything it has been through. Its flushing it with goodness.

Exercises for the lengthmaster I would include are the A stretch blasters, and also the bundled stretch.

These two are the ones I would concentrate on with the lengthmaster rather then too many, as these are very effective at what they do [length gains] and do it with intensity as one is bundled, one is using the reverse kegel when its fired off to put the suspensory ligament into a vulnerable place for further attack as you stretch.

Let me know please if you need the threads or further advice on that, perhaps you want other exercises ... lets discuss.

Okay, the reasons for the lengthmaster before hanging in the morning is it will tire the penis our ready for the hanger, but this is reversed in the early evening to try and take more advantage to that fatigue.

I carry this on for the night work, so the hanger keeps attacking all day first, but the lengthmaster in the morning gets its ready.

@REDZULU2003 And that's why your are one of the legends here...that is some damn solid advice that fits into @Mike03016 's time parameters. You've got more available time than me right now, Mike, and I think there is no reason why if you go at this hard you won't get the gains you want fairly quickly.

We'll be watching here - post back as the new routine shapes up.

I have two, I have a MaleHanger which is pretty comfortable but I really won’t use until I get passed 20 pounds.

My main attachment is the most ridiculous comfortable hook up I have had... but it is pieces.
Main cap is the RJx vacuum cap, with a Phallosan Forte glans cover, and LG Hanger blue sleeve (used to really like AB Silicone but they are gone.... I am planning on ordering the sleeves from here to try next).
I can hang up to 20 pounds with zero slippage.

So.... not really the most practical but it really works for me with zero comfort issues.

I tried altering my PF but the pump attachment made things challenging and I had slippage over 12 pounds.
I also made a mistake and tried the U-Vipe crap but that was totally taking one for the team because they are total crap.

As for weights, I use just regular lifting plates with a three loop string wrapped thru them and connected with a basic snap hook-extremely basic but works and I can make any weight needed within 1/2 pound.

How much have you gained so far?
 
Done PE for just over two years.
Current gains, ~1-5/8” length and 3/4” girth mid-shaft and 1” base.

Just shy of 1-1/4” of the length came in the first 12 months.... then it has been kinda fight.
Most of the girth has came in the last 12 months even though all my routines stay length focused.
