Day 4
My penis is healing red spots from over pumping last few days. So I only did what I call a “wake up pump” this am in the shower.
Just an FYI that I found works 100% for me,
When I know I have had a really good girth workout and had potential for some bruising I finish with 75-90 erect jelqs for 5 minutes and bam, zero bruising/red spots.
