I try to pull as much as I can without pain. I do not intentionally go light, but if I pull too hard I start to feel pain, so I stay just below that threshold. I am still figuring out whether this is a technique issue with the LengthMaster or simply normal adaptation.

If I pull too hard, I feel pain at the base of the glans. I believe this happens because the Theraband can roll back with the foreskin and press into the channel at the base of the glans, which creates localized discomfort.

With SizeGenetics, I feel a stretch, and after about 30 minutes it turns into discomfort. My glans starts to lose blood, which is why I do 30-minute sets. When the glans turns purple, I take a break, reheat with a hair dryer, then put SizeGenetics back on.

If I bundle the penis 360 degrees and then wear SizeGenetics, the stretch feels less intense. If I do not bundle, I clearly feel the stretch in the suspensory ligament at the base, i guess it's because I wear SizeGenetics downward, not out or up. Bundling seems to reduce how aggressively that ligament is loaded.

Post-session, I mainly feel discomfort at the base of the glans, related to foreskin movement. Even though I pull the foreskin back initially, with SizeGenetics / LengthMaster it tends to move forward again and partially cover the channel at the base of the glans, which causes sensitivity.

After a long warm or hot shower, I would say the appearance is neutral, no major visible change. I honestly have not paid close attention to this yet, but I will start observe it more closely. What should I look for?

The next day, I can feel the work I did the day before, but it is not painful or inconvenient. Everything feels better if I take a day off, but I do not plan scheduled rest days, breaks happen naturally when life gets in the way.

Function-wise, everything is normal. I have sex 3-4 times per week, with multiple numbers. The only noticeable effect is increased sensitivity at the base of the glans after a session.

A more relaxed looking penis coming out. If it doesn't relax more, roughly 60% to 80% of the erected length, it just means the body hasn't gotten the chance to adopt to the new relaxed state yet.

This is normal as new lengthening of the nerves length and girth wise is the cause of this sensitivity.

Do you wear traction devices after you go to work for the day how do you keep people from noticing your wearing that thing?

The first half of the day I work from home because I have lots of meetings and I can to my thing while pretending that I am listening 😂
I use a heating pad, then do some stretches with LM, then I wear SG for 2 hours, then I go to the office. And even if I don't go to the office, I don't wear SG in the second half of the day, because it kills my focus. If I wear something on the 2nd half, I will wear an ace bandage.

I assume this is because of the bundle. How long is it safe to stay in that numb state without risking permanent damage?

For example, I do 720° bundling for bundled stretches. Then, when I do manual stretches with the LengthMaster and SizeGenetics, I use a 360° bundle and then stretch.

I am asking because I have a very high pain tolerance. From a young age, I was exposed to daily physical stress, fights, military-style training, etc. so I perceive pain differently. Because of that, I want to make sure I am not overdoing it without realizing it.

I would say that twenty minutes is fine for now.And wait for your p s to adapt and then go up in time. Optimum would be thirty minutes

I always bundled everything or even tried to. A bundle gives you about twenty percent more pulĺ than any other method. The only thing I never bundled was an erection for fear of breaking my tunica.

There's no limit on how much you can use. The length master, but keep it in a time range as comfortable for you. If you can go for fifteen minutes.That's great.But if you can go for a few hours, that's even better.
