By the way, I am curious, how does diet influence PE?
Also, how does smoking influence PE?

I am on a carnivore diet: muscle meats, organs, I eat daily 30g of heart, 30g of testicle, 30g of liver, eggs, butter, and bone broth, and I usually eat once a day (sometimes twice).

Also, I smoke one pack of cigarettes a day, but I have very good conditioning. I can run 20km+.

Also, @DLD , how much intensity should I use on SizeGenetics? Just enough to keep my penis elongated, or should I add more traction?

Finishing off
Definitely. Go for more length and extend your extender to the point where you feel an intense stretch. Going too light will not bring gains as fast as a foley extended extender. Take your time and getting there.But definitely shoot for that

No, no pain, no aches, no bad EQ. I mean… I wear SizeGenetics until I feel some pain or itching, then I take it off, take a break, and the pain and itching go away.

I only had some foreskin inflammation and swelling on my rest day, two days ago. But I think that was my fault because I tried using the LengthMaster as an experiment without pulling the foreskin back.

As for EQ, it is fine. The only thing I "dislike" is that I am more sensitive at the glans. Normally, I have my first round and then go straight into the second round of sex. After ejaculation I am usually more sensitive, but now I am much more sensitive for about 2–3 minutes.
 
Your sensitivity will go away soon enough. The great thing about this is your brain and body will desensitize over time, allowing you to go even longer during sexual activities. It's a side effects of PE.

Perfect. Time-travel back to my college days 😂 Back then I was a "hoe-maker" and I got too desensitized that I couldn't finish in less that 30/45 mins.
