I am on a carnivore diet: muscle meats, organs, I eat daily 30g of heart, 30g of testicle, 30g of liver, eggs, butter, and bone broth, and I usually eat once a day (sometimes twice).
Also, I smoke one pack of cigarettes a day, but I have very good conditioning. I can run 20km+.
