Go to the breifcase looking thing in the top right hand corner of each post with the X and the check mark in it! I think I just gave you some Ghost!

Aww now I see, go to your user CPU screen and if someone has given you some Reputation it will show up under you subscribed threads! rofl

To give someone a rep point, you just find there name in a post or thread and look in the top right along the red bar across from there avater.
You should see some scales click that to give a rep point.

The point of this system is IMHO so admin can or could keep track of what members think of each other, privately.
You can also disaprove of a post by clickin them scales.

Red hit it on the head there, with the addition that it also lets members see what others think of them, which posts people found useful and so on.

I think i saw in the mods control panel that rep points can be set to always display, but its currently off. I'm betting DLD or Lightning could turn it on.
I think the rep points thing creeped in during one of the last board upgrades
