Removal, Cease & Desist Letter

i really think this sueing people thing has gone to far.
this whole thread is really over the top.
it seems like these days, someone can sue you for farting in the wrong direction...

3 big cases come to mind right now actually.

1. The person sueing McDonalds cause she spilt hot coffee on herself. Now maccas have to warn that the coffee is hot... well, you're buying coffee... commonsence?

2. The person sueing McDonalds cause (s)he got fat... Dude, you're eating maccas... yeah... commonsence?

3. The person sueing the tobacco companies cause (s)he got lung cancer... No comment.

In all these cases, the dopey fuck won... Meh, i dunno. It all seems silly...

lol dopy man you really made me laugh about that farting part. Well I see that I have my new name on and it fuckin' rocks. JGMan well I know that I didn't have to change my name but it's better to do it you know, because you never know what this subject is capable of doing. He might have taken this whole stuff seriously lol. Well ElCapitan is back in the game and looking really vicious rofl rofl . I am happy that I brought LegalMan out from the lurkers team with my name lol lol. I hope he will start to do some posting because I really want to know what this guy is all about.

McDonalds blew the first case way out of proportion. The person that spilt the coffee only wanted money to pay for the medical bills for the skin grafts she needed on her face, hands, and crotch area because the coffee was boiling. McDonalds found it easier to make her seem stupid rather than apologize.
The other 2 are just a bunch of ignorant bastards wanting money.
 
I was just thinking if you were to get sued, when you're in court they'd have to tell the judge that they found u in a penis enlargement forum. Someone form the beloved Lappner family or their lawyer was trying to get a bigger winkie! :hammering haha this thread is fun!
