Long story short, I've lurked sites for the last 2yrs. And within those two years i have made miniscule gains, meaning EQ only. I have no idea wha to do now. I've done all the beginner routines at one point JP90, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] phase 1, etc. I need some one on one advice because this is beginning to get frustrating. When stretching I feel nothing unless I'm at least 50% erect. Flaccid stretching is pointless for me. Can anyone help me come up with a routine that is approximately 1hr long or 30min in 2 sessions i'm frustrated :'(
