I've been jelqing for about 3 months and have started doing squeezes. I only do 3 squeezes for 10 seconds each right now. Obviously I will increase this gradually. My question is how far should I increase my squeezes. If I increase to eventually do five 20-30 second squeezes, will that be enough for girth gains? Or is it better to do higher reps but shorter duration squeezes?
