Question on holding out on sex benefiting pe

I noticed at diffrent times in my life,wether i was in a slump or a hectic enviroment that if i didnt have sex it seemed like my erections were stronger harder even bigger.I'm use to getting sex whenever i want,i wanted to ask if i held out lets say for 2 weeks.No head,pussy,or even jerking off do u think that will benefit me in the long run

I'm not sure, but it seems to be the opposite with me. If I go more than 1 day without ejaculating my penis seems to be smaller, with weaker erections.

Exactly. After I stopped having sex, it got all flaccid and unused . Now it rocks , literally.

Same here. I have no problem going without sex. Really couldn't care less. Of course I enjoy it when it comes, but I never go out and actually look for a girl to fuck. Maybe it's just cause I'm too broke to go out on the weekends 😂

I am happy you can relate. I never lust after women, it is so rare that I would even take a second look, I am just no interested. I neither have any desire to watch adult entertainment except when I am over tired and medicated, the devil is a pussy and will attack when we are most weak. So after about 4 weeks I start to get snappy and frustrated for no reason. I get anxiety and worry for no tangible reason and this is when I end up shooting one off. I feel terrible after but that is my own self shame, not from GOD. I always feel after like that was not even me! It was a old version of me that my mind still goes to when in distress, and that is normal. I do not place rules about me as I break them. I simply get the thought of masturbation or adult entertainment and I say, 'I am dead to that thought' and I move on.
