Hey man , I have been doing kegels since may now and have noticed some change. Before when I would be fully erect, I would do kegels and lose my erection.So I turned that into a routine of getting hard and kegel until it goes down and repeat the process. Now Ive noticed I cant do that anymore. Now when I kegel, The erection won't goe down as quickly.
