This took about 8 years. I did take some time off for about 6 months two times. Most of my gains happened in the first 3 years.

I did nothing specific, I just regained about half of my foreskin through routine Penis Enlargement. I like my foreskin just the way it is now. I also stopped seeing foreskin growth after I gained my first two inches.
