When I have a full erection and I lay on my back, my penis lays down flat towards my belly button. If I do stand up with a full erection, it is either at 9' clock or higher. I believe that my ligs are very short and tight but then my LOT is at 7'clock. I just want to know if it would be better for me to focus on downward stretches and/or hang downwards. I believe my ligs have to stretch out fully, which should give me some additional penile length before I could stretch out my penis as a whole. Can someone correct me if I'm wrong?
