Question about Silistretcher2 contents and cleaning

Should I wash the sleeve and glans cap with some light soap and water after every use, then apply some of the MOS powder on it?

Also what exactly is the black piece below the carabiner for? I'm guessing some sort of hanging but what does it attach to etc?

Thanks, can I leave on the sleeve that's on the outside of the vacuum cup? The one that covers your glans+glans sleeve after you insert glans into vaccum? Or must be removed and restretched every time?

Your call, but the sleeves will eventually stretch if you leave them on the vacuum cup. Depending on how long the sleeve is you are using on the cup, you might be ok with just pulling more sleeve on to the vaccum cup to keep a good seal.

I currently am leaving the sleeve on my vaccum cup just for speed in the morning putting it on, but it was a sleeve I accidentally overstretched that I was going to use for anti turtling so it was about 8" long and I currently have about two inches of it covering the vacuum bell.
