I find that when I manually stretch, much of the tension is gathered at the base of my penis as opposed to anywhere else (like my actual shaft). I'm sure many know the feeling of this 'base tension' during a manual stretch. But how does one do a stretch which includes the *whole*penis and not just the base area receiving the stress? I believe that the above phenomenon is precisely the reason why my gains have not been extraordinary as of late (unless you count a girthier base).
