I did cold turkey. But your gut floora is going to change drastically from TMAO producing "bad" bacteria to better bacteria that actually is good for serotonin levels, so your mood will shift for better. Your gut will start working properly, so you will have good stool, and higher fiber content makes you 💩 more. If you have consumed lots of meat during years, this change can have diarrhea effect, but it will pass as gut flora has changed.

Why I did cold turkey... Because of hemi-iron and animal fat content, and especially meat is addictive. Our tongue gives signal to our brain about this, that all way too tasty is also high in calories and need to be este, so our evolutionary programmed bodies want to take all in, but our sedentery life style in modern culture has created toxic environment for this tendency.

So usually this happens: If I would try to lower consumption of animal products, I would crave them more, as they are "drug".

Better try what suits Best for you... But this is a little secret weapon of mine...

Oatmeal 100g + Red Lentils 100g = 41g of protein per serving.

Your gut is in mint condition, and you get most of protein in breakfast. Add berries, spinach, seasalt, Curcumin and black pepper. Use Olive oil, as it helps with fatburning.
 
If you use Boron 3-6mg...you will lose fat rapidly (rat studies about subject.) But here is the catch... Boron is not found in meat, but in plants. So if you eat plants, lots of Boron = higher testosterone, higher fat burning, and lower fat storing and denser bones.

There was study made about: What Gladiators Ate? They studied bones and found out, that they ate primarily plant based foods.
 
Have you try to brew rice culture drinks to boost your gut bacteria? It may be an alcoholic drink, but it actually contain over 1.7 million CFUs per small little drink. The alcohol acts as a sugar support for internal cleansing and support the gut flora, something like a good wine every month or so. If you need the recipe and brewing method, let me know. It's a great health drink we brew in my family instead of buying the probiotic yogurt drink.

At the moment my gut works like charm. There are so many sources of fiber, that constipation is a bad memory of olden dagens.

For example I did today 5 litres of Vegan Mexican Stew: Black beans, Brown beans, Kidney beans, Chickpeas, Tofu, Brown rice, pumpkin seeds, Cashew nuts.

Tons of protein aswell.

Bathmate Hercules 10 minutes.

5x5x3 using airpump (dynamic from -10hg to -17,5hg with hold 10 seconds, and lowering back to -10hg.)

C-Ring 1 hour.

Tested dynamics for more growth factors. I get really nice stretch with high pressure. No pain. Mushroom is becoming conditioned. I had to change to bigger cylinder on last set. I am holding -17.5hg for 10 seconds, the lowering back to -10hg. Testing limits, and I would argue, that doing this is propably going to give results, but not possible to do everyday.

Did 10km run this evening. Plant based nutrition is definitely the best way to go because of good quality carbs and protein, without animal fats. I am able to run as long as I like. Feeling after run is euforic.

Aging and fysiological / biological clock can be made to run backwards. Not a problem.
