This is just me, but have you ever try the rope's alternating wave challenge for your penis? I'm just testing this on myself while using the SiliStetcher2. While under tension with an elastic band, I use my feet to cause an elastic band wave to spring the penile tissue into an alternating wave, creating pure dynamic tension ranging from 2lbs during peak and 12lbs during valley. This alternating wave lasts within 1.5 seconds. It's like an extender heaven in 10 minutes. I've only use the period of 10 to 15 mintues per session before slapping on my ADS at a constant traction force afterwards.

Mind you, if you use this, and your band happens to slip off the connection point, well, your crotch won't be thanking you.

Today I did:

Had bit rush day. Did PE routine, and hit the Gym with GF. Did heavy bag, some movement and KM style techniques. After that I did some dips, chinups, overhead press, and activated glutes with partial squats.

This day has been great for me, as I have started to see big difference in my mental wellbeing. Mental and physical aspects, combined with moving in nature, and awesome GF contribute to reclaiming masculinity.

I had to harvest some Aronia berries for the winter, about 10 litres or so. Good to put in smoothies.
 
Sounds like you got some good work in. It makes me happy seeing your relationship grow in a positive way with your girl.
