By the way... When man is in relationship, if you live with woman. It lowers testosterone and raises estrogen. If you live separete, your testosterone is higher. If you fuck all the time, your prolactin raises, so your dopamine. Both are not good in the long run. Lets say that you mimic nature... You get pussy in the forest. Then you go your way. You eat well and you replenish nutrients etc. Time goes by and you find new pussy to fuck. This can be mimiced by meeting your gf for shorter periods of time. About stress... When I had my fourth narcissistic discard, I had anxiety episode that resulted hypersexuality. This lead to masturbating constantly. This was really bad thing, as it is compensatory mechanism to releave stress. I needed to heal from all the trauma, and thats where the walking came in.

About my ex... I don't hate her, I never did hate her, and I never will. I actually loves her very much. She was my life, and I felt like I was dying when the discards and cheating happened repeatedly through the narcissistic Cycles. She became delusional, and all the stress changed me. There was lots of reactive abuse from her part, and me reacting to it negatively. It is Hard to think about the subject, but deep inside I am really worries about her, but I really am no longer in position to do anything about it. Life must move on, and I must move on. I have grieved, and suffered. I have lost someone that I loved alot. I am quite sure that I could jump back into the cycle, but I know that it would surely kill me. Sometimes I am really bitter towards her, but it is part of the feelings that I must go through. I Love my new girl friend, and I was traumabonded with my ex, but I remember her also as she was when I fell in Love with her, and that makes things difficult to me.

Well, it does depend on the relationship. If you're talking about in a long term relationship, and the male feels satisfied and doesn't need to chase after the pussies, yes, it does decrease the overall free testosterone level. However, most of the reasons for the estrogenic loading in the male's body is due to the materials used by the females, including the dietarey craps she provides. Plants, supplements, and pharmaceutic products high in estrogenic level tend to make their ways into the long term relationship couples. However, he should control the exposure level. My wife knows I'm dead serious about loading my body full of estrogenic loadings. I may be one of the cooks of the household, but I also know when to stop her crazy ventures on adding her crazy concoctions into our meals.

This is the kind of relationship we brothers need to get into, no matter how long of a long term relationships they have been.

Now now. We need companions that will stay with us through thick and thin. Finding that special one will make our lives much easier. Living alone and not having the special one to rely on can be as stressful as a toxic one.

Sorry about the cheating that you had to endure, Karma will definitely catch up to her.
The picture you had when you loved her is solely what you made up, the truth can be far, you did your best and most importantly sufferd for that best, your bill now is paid, she has to pay her own now.
Great that you now have someone that you love, use the experience to have a healthier relationship and move forward, love grows on a person until it surpasses the exes and you'll be the luckiest when that person turns to be a good hearted person, your life will be lit up.

Break the routines down to half parts of each.

Morning:
Bathmate Herc and x40 for 15 minutes total if you are including SSJ into the mix. If you don't have a SSJ, your current pumping is not a problem.
PhalloSan + all you want.

Evening:
BathMate Herc for 5 minutes, with all the SSJ you want.
Go crazy with the PhalloSan + all you want.

The problem is the over stressing of the internal tissues using external vacuum pressure too many times in a day is not recommended. You want internal ballooning to influence the cavernosa and spongiosum to push against the tunica and not external pressure to yank on the fascias (the skin layers) to induce tunica expansion. It's not as productive.

Going from walking to jogging will make a wof difference. Take you time and build up to it slowly. I would walk a quarter mile then jog a quarter mile and from there a progressly add more to the jogging until I was jogging 2 to 3 miles

It must be the darn Behind Cheeks that is so effective, because I havent done anything on ligaments long term.

I also added SSJ 5min in my routine. Thanks for the advice DLD! 🍄💪

Excellent news! A short decon break can make a big difference. I am very happy you are using the 5x5x3. And you are correct, behind the cheeks is the best length exercises even better when using the lengthmaster
