Progress thread Question about girth training and length training.

Todays routine:

Bathmate x40: 10mins for warm up. Semi pressure.

5x5x3. 10hg. Tested for difference when not using Phallosan for an hour before, and without it seems that inside pump length is -0,5cm. But got back to 19cm after 2 sets.

Airpump: 1min upped to 15hg. Not feeling any discomfort at all. More or less feels good nice euforic stretch.

Later today I will go to sauna, and do those bundles stretches. They can actually be good addition to this routine, as 5x5x3 fatigues dick to malliable state, so bit of lenght shouldn't be problem to make. Goal is to get 20cm as fast as possible.

(Edit. Did 2 hours of Phallosan Plus. Got near 20cm flaccid stretch. I will take pic tomorrow if there isn't terrible turtling. Went in sauna after. Tried doing bundles, but hell my dick was nice and flaccid, but sore. So decided that enough is enough. One thing that seems to be of great essence... Don't try to pack things in same session. If your dick is exhausted from pumping and ssj, you can take few ours break, and dick will still be exhausted and malliable to stretching after the break.)

Looks like your tissues and ligaments are pulling against the vacuum force. Very typical anti-trauma response by the body. For me, I suggest a pre-warmup tugging before the pump, just to lessen the tissues and ligaments battle and pull on them even more during pumping.

Warm ups are vital to growing
 
I tried today bit different approach, as my dick took some beating yesterday. 😅

Sauna: for warmup some edging and jelqing. After that bathmate Hercules for 15mins.

Got nicely to 19cm length. Nothing major today, but found the limit how much is good amount of training for me. Tomorrow back to 5x5x3.

Noticed, that sensitivity has taken dive because of all the edging and training. This is good, but also bad in a way. I need to do more EQ work. So taking break from testing higher pressures. After training, orgasm doing Fleshlight STU is intense... And premature ejaculation definitely is not my problem.

5x5x3. This is so much more effective than just pumping. I was considering modified version, but it simply is not needed. This feels like HIIT training for penis girth. I am using 10hg, so I get bit of donut, but F that. I want to adjust my penis for bounding. 😅🤣

5x5x3 is DLD's routine for buildin girth: 5 minutes Bathmate, and 5 minutes Slow squash jelqs. This is repeated 3 times.

I use gauged airpump to do this, and seems to work nicely for me.

Bathmate x40 is brand of bathmate. There are several different ones. I usually use Hercules or x40 to do warmup before actual routine.

This is a program for girth from the SRT program (Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory).

SRT 5X5X3 (for girth work) is needed to maximize growth and also to make the growth permanent. As others have said, the combination of manual girth work, and pumping (having you penis inside the pump cylinder) is very important for fast growth and making the growth permanent.

Been experimenting now with 5x5x3 airpumping + slow squash jelqs. Upped to 15hg. After doing good time with 10hg, my cock seems to be adjusted to higher vacuum. There is no pain or discomfort, just nice feeling of stretch. Starting to back the diameter of pump nicely. Havent measured diameter, but lengthwise constant 19,5cm. So I dont think that 20cm is that long away anymore, hopes are up and constant work does its trick.

I have also been working out everyday. Walking 10K to 30K steps daily, and doing mainly calisthenics. Fat has reduced alot, and this of course affects how much lengthier penis looks and gets. But better circulation is the key. I will add some HIT running later on. Walking seems almost too effective to lose weight.
 
Sounds Awesome! One thing I would note is that take higher Hg in routine time or time frame. If you are doing a 3-4 month routine for growth, dial it back to 8-10Hg for 2 months after and do it for EQ or during decon. All I am saying is push when it's time to push and dial it back a bit during decon or if you add something else to it. Doing 15Hg for a whole year is a lot to demand. My 2 cents.

I was at 13-14hg for about 2-3 months and have backed down to 10hg after I noticed some small blood clot/rug burn looking small diameter like 1/8 size on the shaft. Since stopping pumping for a week and going a bit lower in Hg I'm back to normal with no injury. I noticed it early and it was probably due to adding another exercise mid way through a routine. I over pushed rather than pushing hard.

You may have to take twist the penis lateral tissues to allow the dense tissues to break down before pumping. Your penis is primed to reach max girth potential at that pressure. The dense tissues is holding your back. Not sure how much contortion in twisting degrees you can achieve. With that dense tissue, I wouldn't be surprised if you can only do 380 degrees max.

Definitely. As the longitudinal soft tissues build up, just like how your bicep muscle fibers broke down, rebuild, and enlarged to make huge biceps, your penis soft tissues do the same. However, soft tissues can't be broken down like muscle fibers, so we have to break it down through contortion method. Before I pump, I use the Length Master for my length routines, and I bundled my routines with full contortion on both directions. My turning my tissues completely beyond the tissues normal supporting longitudinal growth, it breaks down, allowing malleability for expansion and rebuild outwards.

The better to compare to is the breasts and butt. Ladies that want larger breasts and butt with right skin and under laying soft tissues must stress and breakdown existing tissues constantly. Your penis is exactly the breasts and similar to the butt soft tissues (not the glutes muscle fibers).

With manual method by hands, rather than just 10 seconds normally under the Length Master, test between 30 seconds and 60 seconds. Remember to apply the same strength equally towards both sides, with the same contortion degrees for the twists. We don't want that weird growth due to the favoring of one side.
 
Seems good method. Did bathmate 10min. Bundles 5 min per side, tota 10min. After this 5x5x3 15hq. Awesome bulk afterwards. Gonna start doing every other day. Gotta do some EQ work also... Be very careful as you approach 10inHg and more. It's literally black magic growth zone. It's great growth but very dangerous. Those who pump using water is a whole different play than air.

To tackle this could it just be possible to have 15 hg days, lets say twice per week, and other days at 11hg. Taking one day rest between 15hg days, so cumulative damage can be healed and growth can happen. Or would this just lead to hardening of tissues. 🤔

Yep. 15inHg is considered as upper danger zone. 19inHg is considered as penile implosion zone. 11inHg to 15inHg is black magic growth zone, but still safe to some degrees.

Errr..no. Unless you have very dense tissues that cannot be broken down, the dynamic range of 10inhg to warm up, 15inHg for 30 seconds, and then up and down to 11inHg for 2 minutes, and swing between 11inHg to 15inHg alternatively for one to two sets max. Drop back down to 10inHg for the remainder sets. This will not cause cumulative trauma for dense tissues but tricked the body that there is trauma. The tissues will initiate repair and loosen up the dense tissues temporarily. There were tons of biochemical-biocellular interaction publications under this hot topic.

This morning I noticed, that flaccid was nice and blum. I think that my main routine done every other day works, and now I just added extender for every day.
