Unless you hang at certain angles,
BTC using dynamic traction force is better. I used to do the same thing as you do, where I strapped, laid back at whatever angle I can achieve while
hanging, and let things do its own work.
HOWEVER! Nothing venture, nothing gain. Why? If you just hang for 20 minutes, that's perfectly fine. Even up to 40 minutes, it's still fine. But as you go pass the 40 minutes mark, there's a tug back phenomenon that your body is detecting constant stressed trauma especially when the
weight load exceeds 6lbs, or 2 to 3 times the tension the penile shaft can handle at the period of
hanging. This is why I got out of my "lazy" period and go to more active methods. Rather than
hanging, I
strap the dual rope leads to a wooden platform, and I use my feet to cause traction tension downwards. Think of my legs like the BowFlex machine to create downward dynamic traction force according to my needs. I don't stay at the same traction force more than 5 minutes at a time, and I can twist my penile shaft to whatever contortion degree I need while still being quasi-lazy. But refocusing back to the
BTC, this is more critical as the
BTC is actually around 45° to 150° backward. The default angle for your penile body is flaccid
hanging straight down at 0°. Between 45° to 150°, there's a perfect tug zone to cause the ligaments and pelvic muscles to get stressed and loosen. For me, it's between 100° to 110°, at times, around 120°. This is also brother SIM's approximate angles as well during his Terminator's poses for his stretch.
