Progress thread Question about girth training and length training.

I was supposed to do 5x5x3, but decided to do this instead today:

Bathmate Hercules 10mins.

Bathmate X40 10mins.

Extender Phallosan Plus 1 hour.

Wore cockring for 1 hour and put Phallosan Forte for 30mins. (Gonna use it for longer period of time later today.)

I need to do Bundled stretches more. I think tunica is limiting factor.
Max out twisting/contortion, applying equal time and pressure on both sides. Start 2 minutes per side. Then then rotating at 2 minutes interval up to 10 minutes. During the contortion, stretch. Break down lateral binding tissues.
 
Hypothetical question: While using cockring on Base of penis, it seems to thicken faster. So... Lets say that IF you use multiple cockrings on your shaft while pumping...would it actually be possible to "mold" your penis so that is has ridges like in some dildos have? 🤔 Weird stuff pops in mind sometimes. From science to art I guess. 🤣😅

Yes, you can. Over time, it's called tissue malformation.
 
Me with my endless questions: Is SSJ mainly meant to cause expansion, or does it effect tunica collagen fiber breakdown? Does it have same effect as Bundled stretches have?

Both. The main focus is the SSJ is to cause internal tissues to expand with the influences of the negative vacuum. The vacuum pressure draws blood in, forcing the internal tissues to break down. SSJ takes advantage of that and pushes the collagenic bonds to break further. Vacuum pressure breaks the bonds from the outside. SSJ breaks the bonds from the inside.

The bundled stretches flex and loose the tissues at various points of the penile shaft. Think of the bundled stretches as a meat tenderizer to break down tissues from every angles before pumping and jelqing.

I want to do this, because at some point I will start doing hanging or lengthmaster. There are so much gains from ligament stretches that I havent even touched yet, so potential for faster growth is there.

Any good advice from brothers?

Pull and pull and pull! Since your length is long enough, wrap right below the glans for grip, twist as much as you can until it stops, pull behind/between the cheeks, and do the same twist degrees and pull as hard. Try it for 20 minutes, then 30.

There's a other trick that you literally sit down on a low chair, facing the back rest, tilt forward, and pull until you feel that achy pulling sensation that has the best tugging sensation at a certain angle. Stay with that angle and pull!
 
For this evening, I did behind the cheeks for 20 minutes.

This is so damn easy to do: Just make yourself comfortable, lay on your side, take good hold of your Mushroom and get good stretch. Watch some video while stretching.

I use Phallosan XL Bell for this, and it makes it absolutely easy to do. Stretch is felt massively on ligament.

Unless you hang at certain angles, BTC using dynamic traction force is better. I used to do the same thing as you do, where I strapped, laid back at whatever angle I can achieve while hanging, and let things do its own work.

HOWEVER! Nothing venture, nothing gain. Why? If you just hang for 20 minutes, that's perfectly fine. Even up to 40 minutes, it's still fine. But as you go pass the 40 minutes mark, there's a tug back phenomenon that your body is detecting constant stressed trauma especially when the weight load exceeds 6lbs, or 2 to 3 times the tension the penile shaft can handle at the period of hanging. This is why I got out of my "lazy" period and go to more active methods. Rather than hanging, I strap the dual rope leads to a wooden platform, and I use my feet to cause traction tension downwards. Think of my legs like the BowFlex machine to create downward dynamic traction force according to my needs. I don't stay at the same traction force more than 5 minutes at a time, and I can twist my penile shaft to whatever contortion degree I need while still being quasi-lazy. But refocusing back to the BTC, this is more critical as the BTC is actually around 45° to 150° backward. The default angle for your penile body is flaccid hanging straight down at 0°. Between 45° to 150°, there's a perfect tug zone to cause the ligaments and pelvic muscles to get stressed and loosen. For me, it's between 100° to 110°, at times, around 120°. This is also brother SIM's approximate angles as well during his Terminator's poses for his stretch.

I had quite a tuck back today when putting extender on. I figure this is because I did behind the cheeks 20mins. Is tuck back normal, or is this bad indicator? What is the best approach?
After pumping, then stretching, there will be a slight tug back. But to have a huge one, back up the BTC to 5 minutes. You probably add too much traction force. Use moderate traction force for a good 3 minutes, then 2 minutes of harder traction force. If you want a full 20 minutes, try 5 minutes of moderate, 5 minutes of strong, then back to 10 minutes of moderate and slowly to light. That should tell your body that the trauma is merely temporary so no need for a stronger tug back.
 
You could always do length before girth so you don't need to struggle with a tough expanded penis. Stretching after girth takes much more effort

No turtling or "pull back" this morning. I guess my Mushroom was thinking after the behind cheeks, that: "What the fuck is happening? If I don't try to hide, I will fcn die." 🤣

DLD suggested for me that I should do length first and after that girth. I just need to adjust things so, that I will pre-heat my shroom with heatpad before the length training. My approach is definitely working atm, but I am bit crazy in that sense, that I want my 8 inches faster, harder, scooter or something like that. 💥 It definitely would help if shroom is pre-stretched for pumping. So I will try this tomorrow.

I did behind cheeks anyway. Shroom better adapt to increased stimulus. Stretch for ligaments is just way too good to just let be. This is the major bonus: When I do pumping and extender in this order, I have already nicely plum and elongated penis. When I use XL Bell, its sleeve and some bandage (stretching bandage), I am able to get really good grip, and there is no problem with slippage or hand exhaustion. I guess it works bit like Lengthmaster. 🤔
 
Yep. The LM3 allows a better fulcrum and leverage to deal with stretches that demands certain angles, like the BTC and downward.
 
I was bit in a hurry today, because I had to get to thaiboxing training. But I got to do decent routine:

I tested first time to use heating pad for warmup. After that I tested to use Phallosan, but there is this thing that I noticed as negative side of using pad: Warm water seems to make my Mushroom much more malliable. Atleast it feels so, that water penetrates much deeper in tissue. So I tested this: I used Bathmate for 10mins with Warm water. Stretch in extender feels lot more easier to do, less resistance from tissue. After this I transitioned to Bathmate X40 for 10mins. After this I did 3*20mins in Phallosan Plus. If I understand correct, it is actually beneficial to do this in sets, because tissue can Stretch in longer Size when it has pulled back and relaxed. With Phallosan I used warming pad. It definitely is alot malliable when constant heat is used. But I dont use pad over Bell, because of blisterformation... Damn I hate those buggers. 🤏😝

There is possibility that my celloidit tissue type is causing my Mushroom to behave differently. Not sure, but possible.

Tomorrow I am going to cottage with gf, so I will be having sex... Alot I hope. 😘🍑💦🍄
 
Your cottage session is both the marathon and a sprint to test your endurance, stamina, and strength brother. Break that 4-hour record and aim for 12-hour. Make sure to have the emergency on speed dial just in case for the lacks of foods and hydration.

This brought back old funny memory. 🤣 I remember when I was younger, and trained MMA and BJJ, I had marathon conditioning. I was dancing at club with one girl, and she just couldn't keep up, but she was trying. She was totally running out of Steam, so I had to take her to dring half a litre of ice water. I then asked her: "Shall we dance again?" She was all sweaty, but noded yes, so we went again. After the night, she was totally done. When we left, she just fell asleep in the backseat of car. I was just laughing. I sometimes remind her about the subject. She says to me: "Why the heck do you think I started training and became Sports massager." 🤣 I have even better story about the time were supposed to have sex. 🤣 But thats for later date. Good old times. 😚

Crucial change: I started to use XL Bell with sleeve and bandage. This works like charm to help keep penis more elongated and let it heal.
This Routine was HC. Damn. But bit of funny story to tell now, and bit of karmic payback to my narcissistic ex: I met her today. She has been self trashing quite a bit after the discard, and essentially tried to destroy me, but universe had other plans for me. I walked 1000km to get fid of the traumabond and heal myself. But today I met that bitch, with smile on my face, lot less fat and lot more muscle, and damn huge pumped penis hanging in Bell with bandage. She can't look at me in the eye, looked at my groin, and then she looked down to her feet. No words. But I fucking knew that it hit, because she knows that I have new girlfriend. Bit of update from yesterday:

When I was young I used to be multiorgastic. I am not sure why later in life I wasn't anymore... But I am gaining this "skill" back with my training. Yesterday I had sex, and after mind blowing orgasm, I thought: "Shit, I will just continue." Ultimately I stopped, as I noticed that I can go as long as I like. First orgasm is easy peasy, second in row takes some time.

I think that 5x5x3 SJJ portion of sets with kegeling is what makes this possible. One thing to mention, I took L-Citrulline, so my peepee was like a veiny hammer while pounding.

L-citrulline is a great precursor for your body to convert to l-arginine. I know most brother can't stand drinking l-citrulline malate because it's sour, but the reason is the absorption rate. If you look at many supplements, the "citrate" is always attached to the compound mixture is for fast absorption. By itself, there's a longer delay for absorption, conversion, and a larger by-pass loss that goes straight out without being used. But yes, it does make your mushroom gets some crazy boosts.
 
... And there is no doubt about it... When your tissue has adapted to training every day without breaks, miracles start to happen. For me, it seems that there is no need for rest. I am now able to do training everyday. Some days are harder, some days easier, but constant training starts to give results. I have no intention of stopping this.

This is interesting... I was able to put one more piece to length on extender. So length of the extender is now 21,5cm. (8,46 inches). Something has changed dramatically. It feels like this is just now starting to work like black magic or some scifi shit. For the next weeks to come... I will be building towards getting constant 21,5cm extended flaccid. If I am able to stay consistent, I will gain my 8 inch Mushroom... And I will show it off... Definitely will. 🤣🍄 Just a little bit. 🤏

I have hypothesis: When I am doing 5x5x3 and bundled on harder days, it shocks tissue to adapt with growth. 🤔

That BTC is crazy genetic reprogramming craziness. It's like wearing braces or filling deep tissue bladders to force tissues, muscles, and bones to grow. But another extender segment, man, your penis is pushing for growth and being happy as well. I wouldn't be surprised you'll be able to shove another one in by next week.

It's not a hypothesis, it's actually already proven. You go gentle on most days, but when you hit hard on specific days after so many days of "normal" tensions and routines, the tissues get a wakeup call. Our penis is not the same as the rest of the skeletal muscle designs, but comparing apple-to-apple, it's like larger breast implants from size A to size D with the bladders inserted under the muscle tissues instead of the skin layers, where the bladders slowly increased by 1cm^3 each week, some plastic surgeons pushed past 3cm^3 the moment the patients say they are comfortable to max it, and dial back down when it's too much. But the gains are already there after the sudden shock increases.
 
Today is "rest" day... I was at cottage yesterday and today. Made love to my new girlfriend, and having sex tonight also. Good healing for the penis, and tomorrow back on the horse. This is actually good, because (damn) that last training was hitting the spot. 🍄😬🤣

Now, I'm very curious on your progression. Do report your statuses along the way if you have something similar like the ones below.

I would say, that one of the most beneficial thing for me was strict nofap, and dopamine detox. I had so damaging relationship, that I actually walked 1000 kilometers in 3 months. This resulted in rapid fat loss, more muscle mass and raised testosterone, lower cortisol levels, and ultimately libido that was through the roof. I was walking more upright and felt like I could fuck entire world. My ex tried to take me down with a fucking with my head, but this just motivated me to grow my penis. I would say, that overall health is the most beneficial thing. But... And there is a but... I use Taurine that help with negating scartissue formation. Also Citrulline. Boron, Zinc and Magnesium raises normal testosterone levels through the roof. I am also dripping precum when pumping, using extender, and this is also possible with only imagination. I think I will add more about nutrition etc to this progress log.
 
Your findings is not an imaginative observation. It's actually part of PE common observation. But, I'll ask my colleagues to confirm the taurine interaction with their other patients as some are taking it for other physiological needs. Boron and zinc with magnesium (with trace metals and Vit D3) actually observed to have positive net returns during PE. L-citrulline is always a need.
