There is one more question that intriques me... If 5x5x3 is done daily. Is tissue damage too much for bodys recoverability to handle?
Should routine look more like this:
1. Day: Extender 4h, 5x5x3.
2. Day: Extender 4h
3. Day: Extender 4h, 5x5x3.
4. Day: Extender 4h
5. Day: Extender 4h, 5x5x3.

Do option 1. You are going to be fine.

- You are using the Phallosan Plus+ system right? And you seems to be a regular user of it, so exactly the right brother to ask
some questions. 👍

What I was wondering about is how you are attching the bell to your glans/penis shaft?
I use the Phallosan forte without the belt as a elongation wrap (link on MOS).

I will describe how I did it, and how I do it right now. The reason I have changed my method is due to the fact that one of my nails cut into the lip of the part of the condome that's attached/streched over the bell.

My logic to this was that it was better to detach the condome completely, so It could rest during the nigth. Since I have no ADS or elongation wrap on during night/sleep.
But I don't think this way is a good method any longer. Since when you are going to put on the condom on the bell, this creates even more stress on the rubber in the condome, and more stress then If I have left the condom attached forever (until it breaks). It feels like it anyways.
Do you have any experience with this?

The cut with my nail destroyed this condome. I could not trust it any longer, since I do not want to it to rip when I'm out and about. I was testing the condome after the cut (was pulling it apart in the rip).
It didn't required a to deep cut in the upper ring (near/on the bell) for it to completely rip apart.

But I don't know? I had probably been able to use this condome some more time, but I did not do that. I got many condoms from Phallosan when ordering the Phallosan forte so I'm good for some time. They are also cheap to be shipped to where I live.

So I will keep it attached at the bell at all times, no need to remove the condome from the bell entirely when I am done using it, or should I?

— Can you roll the condome up nicely and carefully over the bell, when you are going to attach it to your penis?

I have personally not been able to do this.

When I looked at a video with the SiliStretcher the guy was able to do this. So maybe only for this reason alone, the SiliStretcher is a superior device, in comparison to the Phallosan system. Probably true.

I'm only asking this questions since I want to make the best use of this expensive ADS system from Phallosan.

— Do you remove the tiny pump when you are attaching the bell and condome to your penis? That's what I'm doing. But I have a feeling this will wear out the bell and the pump?

The stretch over the bell to later be rolled over my penis shaft for secure attachment feels somewhat abusive to the condome.

Over time the Phallosan condome will stretch exactly in front of the bell, and I feel this is going to be a problem, especially if you need higher pressure to use the Phallosan forte for it's intended usage (with the belt). You can say that the rubber becomes stretched out exactly nearest the bell. I'm using the XL bell with the L condoms.

The pressure/suction will not be strong.

I can send pictures later if you want more clarification of what I'm talking about. Do you need that?

Many questions I know, I just want some user experience information from someone that are using the Phallosan system daily. Since I want to use my system as optimal as possible, and without the wear and tear I'm describing above.

I am able to roll it over the bell. At first it was hassle, but I learned it quite fast. Always keep short nails. You shouldn't ever use nails to put it on. I made that mistake with protector cap, and it tore. But I have not yet lost any of my sleeves due breaking.
You can keep the sleeve on bell, but what I do: use rubber band to secure the sleeve on belt. This will keep vacuum better and there is no chance for sleeve to come of, and it also keeps it from loosening.
I also use band tied on sleeves lower part, so vacuum will not disappear due thinning of shaft when it elongates. (band that is used like in clothes, easy to tie. Dont tie too tight. Purpose is only to help keep vacuum.)
I have to knock on wood for not losing any of my sleeves.

Okey thanks for this information it will help me. The tip with the rubber band on the bell to secure the condome hard, as well the band tied on the sleeve lower part to keep the vacuum, I had not thought about that.

Is it possible for you to post a picture of this band tied on the lower part of the sleeve?
 
I forgot to mention that I did yesterday 5x5x3 after extending. Today I am feeling bit retraction of penis, since I forgot to put Phallosan Forte on. Slept like baby, that helped with workday. I am not going to do 5x5x3 today. I need to be sure if my approach of elongating turtling is right one. So today I will do Phallosan Plus for 4 hours. After that I will use Forte. I promised yesterday that I would measure my flacid vs. stretched. I think I will measure stretched today, and flacid tomorrow. Because I can get more accurate measurement without turtling, if my hypothesis is correct about turtling or so called "creep".

I really like my airpump with gauge, but I miss bathmates. Warm water makes penis more malliable. Of course there are several negative things when using water pump, like got water tending to remove important oil from skin, that can result in skin dryness. That is preventable with good lotion after water pumping. One thing that made me take break from water pumping is that even if it is truly effective, but lack of gauge with bathmates can cause serious problems with bursting veins. Healing them take huge amount of time. This why I am definitely going to buy Mityvac, as it seems to have good gauge.
I forgot to mention, that I used to do so, that I warmed my penis with bathmate Hercules for 10 mins so penis becomes malliable. Makes big difference.

Measuring becomes easier as I lose more weight. I used max stretched that I was able to, there is always risk of blisters.
After this 5x5x3 is out of the question, blisters would occur for sure. Tomorrow I'm going to measure normal flacid length, hoping that my experiment won't turtle my penis.

You should not have to jam the ruler really hard against the base. Firmly, yes, but don't go crazy.

The 0.5-1 cm you are talking about is not a fat pad, but mostly thickness of skin. You cannot get that down to zero.

Unless you decide to become anorexic, there will always be a little something there.
Is there a difference in your BPFSL when wearing your extender compared to the traditional way of measuring?

I was down to less than .25 inch last year and my body was in the best place it has ever been

I'm going to measure this today after work. Anorexic is not my goal, but definitely going to lose lot of fat. 🤣 And I need to say, that my goal is to get as precise measurement as possible. But skin and fat always makes some "tolerance" to measurement. One of the reasons why I press hard when measuring. Fat accumulation on the body areas for me are chest, groin area, and stomach. This of course differs person to person. And as we age (40+) it feels like getting rid of body fat gets harder. Although plant based diet accelerated fat loss a lot.

I am not fat, but I would look and feel a lot better if I were to lose 20 lbs. I know exactly what I have to do to get there, as I have done so many times in the past, but I am just too lazy to do what is required.

I need like two good weeks of boot camp, to be perfectly honest with you. Just to get me on the right track.

Almost no body fat but not thin, I was completely muscular. The best shape of my life
 
Today after work I dived in Phallosan Plus for 4 hours. Last hour I added one more smallpiece of bars. Getting more tension on my last hour, and see if I get turtling. I slept for an hour with Phallosan on. It is weird that when I sleep and take off Phallosan after waking up, penis is much fuller, not thin. Not sure if this is just effect of some erektion during sleep, or creation of extender based, maybe some nutritional thing. But I also ate some 100g Red lentils and 100g of oats. For bodybuilding this has some effect on vascular dialation, as carbs tend to be bigger molecules, and insulin takes nutrition inside cells. Would think that this also has effect on penile expanding. 🤔 Gonna leave 5x5x3 for tomorrow. I think this 4 hours extending is much more efficient than 3 hours. Maybe I will do this for a month, and start progressively up my time under tension towards 6 hours per day.
 
Losing a significant amount of weight is a difficult thing to do for most people.
Keeping it off is even more difficult, because it is a lifetime commitment.
I am sorry to hear about your depression. I hope things get better soon.

I loved it but depression came and I gained a lot of weight. I am loosing weight again and pray I can get back to that body
I suggest you to read book: How not to die - Dr. Michael Greger. I myself have gone through depression periods on life several times. Environmental triggers effect greatly. Lack of exercise is one major driver of depression. For this I recommend reading book: Spark - John J. Ratey. Natural remedies for depression: Curcumin, Magnesium, Plant based diet that makes gut flora work like charm. This connection between gut and brain has been scientifically proven. They also found that creatine is good against depression. Also... If testosterono starts to drop at age 30-40, you will get depressed. You will be ok DLD. 👍💪
