I am doing some research on longevity. There is this molecule: Alpha-ketoglutarate, AKG. It seems to effect so that in 7 months supplementation reverses aging by 8 years. I am doing this research bit biased towards whole plant based Nutritional, as it seems to restrict calories intake and AKG can be found easily from plant foods.

  1. Spinach: Spinach is a leafy green vegetable that is a rich source of AKG. One cup of cooked spinach contains approximately 0.7 grams of AKG.
  2. Broccoli: Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable that is also a good source of AKG. One cup of cooked broccoli contains approximately 0.4 grams of AKG.
  3. Tomato: Tomatoes are a good source of AKG, with one medium-sized tomato containing approximately 0.2 grams of AKG.
  4. Potato: Potatoes are a starchy vegetable that contains a moderate amount of AKG. One medium-sized potato contains approximately 0.3 grams of AKG.
  5. Avocado: Avocado is a fruit that is a good source of AKG. One medium-sized avocado contains approximately 0.3 grams of AKG.

This is bit of topic, but if some 40+ years middle aged men are reading my post at some point, it may help them find natural way to slow their aging process.

Today I'm going to do some jelqing. I have been relaxing and doing some research. Collecting energy for coming workweek. Healing my blister, that is healing fast, as I took 50mg Zinc, some Magnesium, and 6mg Boron to elevate natural testosterone. These also help with tissue repair.

@Infected Mushroom, I have considered to give up bread. I don't think It's good for me and preventing me from getting to a 15% body fat mass. But the hard part is what to replace it with. I have also practically removed, Cow milk from my diet at this point.
- What do you think about this concept/idea?

On whole plant based diet you don't get depressed, unless your reality sucks big time. This is because gut flora is major contributor on our mental well-being. The more diverse our flora is (without bad bacteria), better our mental state. There are studies made about the subject. There is one great way to test this: 100g of Red lentils and 100g oats. Oats have great amount of tryptofan, that is precursor for serotoniini. You get protein and carbs, but most importantly high fiber, that contributes on better flora and stool is perfect. Add some berries to get antioksidants. Spinach for more benefits.
 
I did some jelqing for about 20mins. Using basic jelqing as so called "restorative method" seems good way to get blood flowing, and get the nice bloat going. There is time frame when it helps getting EQ up. If there is some issue, like blister, changing to jelqing is good way to let blister heal completely. Tomorrow I will see if blister has healed, and if it has, I will return to 5x5x3 + extending 4 hours.

There is no limit to doing kegels. Just do them as much as you like. The more the better.

I don't understand how you use it.

I have tried many times to use the protector cap. Can't get it to work, I think my glans is to big for it. And I get bad fluid retention without it. I don't even know how it would work for me if the cap would fit. Have talked with Phallosan about it, but they say it fits all penises. Not true. Maybe I should send them a photo, so they get confirmation of the problem. The bells included didn't fit as well, I was forced to ask Phallosan to send me their biggest one (I didn't need to pay for it).

If they would make a bigger size, they would keep more customers. I say keep customers, since you can't really return it if it didn't fit you.
But I wish they could fix this problem so I could finally use it.
I know the SiliStretcher exists, and I'm looking into buying that in the future, if my gains slow down.
 
I also had difficulty to use it. I can use it if I first get full erection, and stretch cap alot. Then pull it over glans. But today I learned that those caps really cant handle too much stretching. I also have problem of getting too much water retention if I am not using cap. If I use Large Bell, then problem is not so great headache, as glans fills most of the Bell. If I want to use XL Bell, I will reverse my routine: 5x5x3 first, extending after. This way glans is nicely bloated and prevents some edema. This routine seems to work nicely. I was thinking that I will take new measurements at June. I will take my time with this routine, and adjust it if needed. I will add Length master to my routine also. I got lot to learn about the subject, but I am quite sure its worth the time investment.
 
I'm interested in the length of one repetition. Like: Should them be fast, or take longer period of time. (Reverse kegel).

You will find a section with a kegel routine.

You can use this as a base and just increase the intensity, and the quantity as you get stronger, this is my suggestion. Create your own program that is fun. The last part is tough, to squeeze in 5 seconds 50 times. 😮‍💨

Gonna give 5x5x3 a rest for this day. Making sure, that glans doesn't get blisters. I think that penis needs to get adapted to this kind of routine. Tissue needs to adapt to hard training. Problem may occur if it adapts too well and becomes harder to stretch.

I am using Phallosan Plus vacuum Cup, but as base I use Andropenis, if I remember the name correct. Andro's base is wider than Phallosan's base, so penis fits better. Noose extender wasn't working for me, was too painful and tool too much time to get it on. Slippage was also an issue with noose extender.

Let me share something with you and I hope all extender users can see this post. Wear the Phallosan plus for 1 hour person session for this procedure that I'm about to share.

Let's say you plan to wear the extender for 4 hours daily. You have to wear it 1 hour per set. For the first 1 hour, wear it at max stretch throughout.

Now from the 2nd to the 4th set, increase the tension every 15 mins. You will notice that, after the first 1 hour set, the penis will be in a jelly start especially 15 mins into the second set.

Each time you notice the jelly state, increase the extension by adjusting the screw bars.

It is not about trusting the bar pieces more. The only thing that matters is the reading on the screws, which tells you how much tension is being applied. You want that to be constant.
Add bars as the gap of the adjustment screws grow large enough to easily accommodate another quarter inch bar. The tension should be the same, but you wouldn't need to mess around with the adjustment screws as much.
Do not try to "force growth" by adding more bars. It does not work that way. You will end up cutting your sets short due to discomfort, your tunica will retract, and you risk minor injuries such as blisters and bruising, which causes pain and leads to setbacks.
Growth happens when you are under constant tension, over a long period of time. Just be consistent every single day, and only increase tension once your body has adapted to your current stress levels.
You will know when the time is right.
 
How I do it atm, I pull spring back so, that Bell gets evenly is slot of station clip that will hold the Phallosan Bell. At this point in the beginning of extending my penis has not yet loosened. So spring is down. So spring is doing the strething and in 30mins penis gets loosened and stretched. 30-60 mins and I am able to add one more piece of bar which in return gives more tension with spring. And I repeat this procedure during 4 hours several times, so I get to the point that penis has elongated significant.

So I guess I have trusted both adding bar pieces and and spring tension.

I had sex yesterday. Girlfriend was riding on too, and came fast and screamed out loud. I said to her: "Training is working."

This was really motivating.

Now I am extending for 4 hours. If glans is ok, I will do 5x5x3 after.

When you are saying that you are using Phallosan Plus vacuum Cup, is this the same vacuum cup (they call it bell) as in Phallosan forte?

If I'm not incorrect, Phallosan Plus+, is an added kit for the Phallosan forte kit?
 
Daily routine done: Phallosan Plus extender 4 hours. Took small break and rested after hard workday, and let penis rest a bit after extending. Then I did 5x5x3. Posting here helps alot with consistency of training. Becomes a habit and that is a good thing. Keeps me focused on Project Mushroom. 🤣🍄
I am surprised to see others using an extender. I did not think it was popular here, but clearly I am wrong.
I have done many different forms of PE, and personally, I like extending the best.
I used to be a HUGE advocate for hanging, and used to think of extending as inferior to all other methods, including manuals. Today, I feel the opposite way.
The way an extender stretches the tunica is quite different from the way hanging does. Lower tension over a longer period of time beats heavy hanging with shorter time, any day of the week. The fatigue on the tunica after the 2.5 hour mark is absolutely incredible, and unlike anything I have ever experienced with other forms of PE.
The gains in BPFSL are more consistent also, which is simply amazing!
I promise you all, I am never going back to hanging. The rest of my gains will be made with an extender. I hardly fool around with manuals anymore. Four hours of good traction per day, and life could not be better.

PE will not give you a limb cock. Those adult entertainment guys have their own problem and it has nothing to do with PE.

If you stretch the ligament too far, or you have PE surgery, it can affect erection angle and also cause penile instability. However, the ligament itself has nothing to do with blood flow -- you would still be able to get a full erection, but it would not be as stable against the base as it used to be.
But as long as it is very hard, you should not have issues with penetration.
Understand that as you get longer and thicker, your unit will be further away from your body and also much heavier, so the erection angle would still lower somewhat due to gravity, regardless of natural tunica shape, or the lengthening of the suspensory ligament.
 
I'd say, that if I pump with too much pressure or too long it definitely effect erektion level negatively. What I have read on these forums, most start with high volume of different exercises, but possibility of injury that way is quite high. Correct if I am mistaken.
I give an example: On this chain of posts, I have told what my routine is. I am balancing so, that there should not happen problems with EQ. I could say, that I am trying to find the Red line where I want to be, but not cross it, as if I cross it there is injury, but not progressio, and injury means unnecessary break from Pe, that makes progressio slower. Over do it, you get EQ problems, find what works and progress is guaranteed. If I feel like I have over done it, I noticed that day or two of just jelqing seems to make my EQ go through the roof. Good auxiliary method to use as healing workout.

With PE does the suspensory ligament initially get longer/ stronger? I figure there must be a period where this happens until there is diminishing returns and there is erection instability. I don't mind the angle changing, mostly don't want to be like the guys who are erect and there cock falls every which way unless they're holding it.

Morning training is done. Started my morning at 7am. Dived into my Phallosan Plus. I did 4 hours, and used modest stretch. Got nicely loosened hang. After extender I did 5x5x3. Last set got me to point of mushroom bloat, that it wasnt easy to fit base of my penis in pump. So I used water as lubricant to fit it snug. I am comfortable with 10hg vacuum, that is sweetspot, but I need to get my penis used to higher vacuum. So from now on I will progressively make vacuum higher towards goal of 15hg. I dont recommend this to anyone, but I myself am looking for line where I feel nice comfortable stretch.
Goal with 5x5x3 is very simply put: fill cylinder so that my penis gets Wall pressure all around. So pressure will tranfer along saft to glans. I throw hypotesis that pressure from inside penis towards walls of cylinder has some serious effect on gains. I made this conclusion because my base of penis seems to gains lot faster than any place else, and difference is the pressure making squash jelqs, using Phallosan Plus thats base works like cockring. I am using cockring in pump cylinder, which also creates pressure against base of penis. Remember that this is only hypothesis, so if you have any experience on the subject, feel free to comment!
Now I am using Phallosan Forte ADS with XL Bell.

Gotta say, that after using Phallosan Plus, Forte ADS does not feel anything. I can use it with highest (Red) strength. Its still comfortable. Only negative is that when you use it long time, base ring irritates skin. I use cotton pads between ring and skin to prevent this.
If you ever want a change with a much better result try the silistretcher
 
😮 This morning started with Phallosan Plus extending... I need to first start with explaining what is the situation... Yesterday my penis was trying to turtle, felt like there was tight adhesive or physiological mechanism that was trying to keep my penis stiff. This morning things are way different... I started by adding one small piece to bars so starting point was bit higher. I got extender on easily. I noticed my penis was really lot stretchier. Flacid hang lot lower.
Can it really be so, that you just need to Fight through the turtling effect?
I will try to add one more piece today, and that would tell me, that flacid has grown atleast 0,5 cm in quite fast time period. I cant count out effect of zinc, boron and magnesium that help with tissue repair.
Is this the True "creep effect"?
You get retratction of penis before the real growth can occur?
