TWO year review of bathmate
Purchased in Feb 2024 for ED reasons not enhancement
Feb 2024 - Feb 2026
Purely air pumping now, not using water anymore for sake of convenience and practicality.
Very good EQ with no side effects.
Flacid is much heavier and thicker.
I do an "interval" method for approx 30 minutes 5 days per week where I pump to low pressure to start, then up to medium pressure and every few minutes deliberately dropping to lower pressure until I detect the heart beat throb which signals that blood is being exchanged into the penis, then increase back to medium pressure and repeat. I keep the pump attached for the entire time and generally assume a relaxed sitting position.
Low is just enough pressure where I would still just be able to pull the pump off without releasing the pressure valve.
Medium pressure is prior to any discomfort or stressful feelings, the gator is not quite fully compressed but there would be no way of removing the pump without dropping pressure.
The post pump result is 0.6" gain in length and 1" girth over and above what was my maximum when I was younger. If I pump in the evening, my morning wood is excellent. If I instead pump in the morning, by late afternoon my penis is "awake" and requires no stimulation to feel "eager" in my pants. Immediately after a moderate session, I have immediate ability to get hard and stay hard for an hour. If I slightly overdid the pressure, then it might be a 1 hour delay until the penis EQ has recovered.
With a few weeks off of the pump, my ED symptoms start to return, so I don't take a break from training if I can avoid it.
The pump at my age and condition is a permanently required mental and physical health regiment.
I do not suffer from any over-pump situations now that I keep pressures moderate and ensure I drop down to low pressure periodically to keep strong blood flow during a session. Deeper color across the entire penis is normal, with rare red spots which only show up if I decided (rarely now) to use higher pressure.
I would prefer to use the pump with water as the results were even more pronounced, with excellent EQ and raging hard-ons with almost no side effects at any pressure. I could water pump to maximum pressure with no edema or red spots after a year of using the pump.
However, convenience is now king, as I don't enjoy the wet-pump process as much. Air pumping requires much lower pressures to avoid red spots and side effects, so that's what I do for now. I reserve the right to return to water pumping in the future.
