Problems with the VLC tugger, help needed.

I was wondering if there was some sort of modification I could do in order to make it work. It seems like a great Penis Enlargement tool and would love to be able to use it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

I can pull skin over my glands, I have that webbing(don't remember the proper terminology) though that goes from my scrotum to the middle of my shaft, which pulls my skin back when I try to complete the task.

It will help make new skin. I can completely cover the cone now with just a month or so using it.

I am not using the strap because I can't get the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] attached. I have the Fast Size [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], not the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words].
