Problems with kegels

I've just started to do kegels seriously and regularly and I've noticed that doing kegels makes me cum faster. I've even been stopping the flow of my pee regularly like a couple people told me. I want to know how come this happen I thought kegels were suppose to stop you from cumming.

You will find opinions both ways but I am reserved to thinking that premature ejaculation is more a mental thing more. My kegels were in the hundreds per day and there were days I came fast and others I lasted forever.

Never made that connection at all. I have no clue why kegels would speed the orgasm. Perhaps if you are kegeling during sex it may interfere but I really have no issues with kegels and cum.

I think its just one of those things...

It helps some, hurts other, and doesnt matter for the rest.

For me, if I hold a kegel during sex, I get more engorged, more sensation and will shoot slighly earlier than I would have otherwise.
Reverse kegels do the opposite for me (last longer).

Just as DLD said, the vast majority of it is mental. As i said in another thread....when shit in my life is jacked up, i have to fake orgasms on a regular basis.
