I am a big fan of the 5x5x3 but you would put that over a clamping routine or just saying compared to other vacuum routines?

I put it over everything. People wonder why I have not come up with a new girth routine in so long and it’s because I can’t find anything more powerful than the 5×5×3. You can go through my past and see the many girth exercises I have created. As soon as I created the 5×5×3 it’s Trumped every exercise I ever created for girth and I made nothing new. I just could not find something more powerful.

if I ever find a more powerful method I will definitely let the brotherhood know but as far as I’m concerned there is no limit to how much girth you can gain by using the 5×5×3. It forces the penis to become thicker, it has no choice! The SSJ and Pump make sure you’re going to see expansion every single time and with consistent expansion comes consistent permanent growth.

Exactly! Because they don't have enough people, like those in this community, provide the adequate data collection and other exercise supports to help with the girth gains. Too much promises without the knowledge on how to optimize the girth routine for gains.

Stop doubting brother. With this skeptical mindset, you might not be able to stay consistent with PE at all. You need to be optimistic and envision your dream size while working towards it. Many people have gained tremendously from using the bathmate. Change your mindset

Well, the thing is, Bathmate did not claim to increase penile length and girth when it started. It was meant to restore ED to a possible "normalize" condition. However, cases of reported penile gains came in and the company went crazy on the products increased everything, from erection restoration, to penile length and girth, all the way to travel to the moon and back, without fundamental data to back it up of course. Communities like us provide the data, but the data can't be fully evaluated without visual evidence of before and after. We're all trying our best to keep our private life "private".
