I was wondering if Penis Enlargement can cause Priapism? I mean, Priapism can come from damage to the penis, right? SO in theory, priapism can come from Penis Enlargement? Or am I completely wrong?

Priapism does not happen because of Penis Enlargement, it happens when blood becomes trapped in the penis and can not drain. It is present mostly in men who suffer from Cystic Fibrosis. Are you having issues with persistent erections?

Im not having these issues, but I was wondering if Penis Enlargement could cause the damage to the tissue that would result in this.
Because I heard that damage to the penis could do this. And we are "damaging" our tissue.

No, it can not happen because of Penis Enlargement, it is usually genetic.

Tissue damage may cause a blockage that may not allow the penis to drain but it would have to be a serious injury. Priapism is largely an issue with black men who suffer with cystic fibrosis.
