pressure enlargment

When i visited my friend in the hospital , he had a pressure device to keep blood flow and teach his body how to pump blood into his egs, so I think I can clamp all day( 50% ) all day in the middle of my dick. Because when I clamp I sometimes get and erection for no reason.

Has anyone else tried this or thinks it will help erection quality and or size?
