It sounds like you need to do a bit of research on the pill. If you take it like you are suppose to it should be 99.99% effective. Every time you have sex condom/pill/nocondom/no pill there is a chance of pregnancy. Catholics do some kind of rotation thingy where they monitor their cycle, but it is definitely not a sure thing. You are asking for a sure fire method, but that just doesn't exist. Your best bet is the pill. This is called family planning method I think, and it is supposed to be very effective IF the women is SO regular that she gets her period on the exact day she should every time.

My girlfriend is so irregular that this would never work. She sometimes is weeks late for no reason. You can imagine how stressed this can sometimes make me!!!
