Where is the rope how you supposed to use your legs its plastic the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] is made with Ash wood but if it works then yeah:rocker:
 
So tie a rope loop onto the larger triangular end............how hard can that be . If you sit on the triangular end and pull yourself through the ring and up, this gives an incredible stretch, no rope is needed really . This is a very inexpensive item and has no chance of breaking . There are others on the market that I havent tried .........but I might!;)

Great alternative! The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] is the Mercedes but if ya can't afford it this is a great Grey Hound.
