Hey johndoe, welcome here!

Im still pretty new here too, but I think if you put in the work and stay motivated your goals are very reachable. With the amount of information that is contained in these forums and the help and advice from DLD and other veterans, you can hit that goal no problem. I dont know if you have read through it yet, but DLD has an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine that you can read here

http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...gt-gt-Gain inches with SRT-Theory-and-Routine

Even though I'm new, the information that is in this thread has helped me get some great gains very quickly. Good luck to you, stay motivated and work hard and you can do it!

Predicting just how much anybody could gain is a hit&miss proposition at best.
Look at it this way; generally there are two categories to consider, 1. Things you can control. Things like time spent, intensity and techniques used in your Penis Enlargement endeavours. 2. Things you can't control, basically your genetic "limitations", outside environment, even overall health levels-how many guys can control their capillary growth rates!?

You can affect #2 by paying very close attention to #1. Meaning, how and what you do will have a more pronounced effect than most anything else. If your dedication and diligence levels are equal to your desired level of gain...then you will, in fact, gain.

You have much more control over your Penis Enlargement gains than you may think; you just gotta invest the time and effort.
No real shortcuts in this game!

Like I always tell new guys:
1. Absorb as much information as you can, there's no substitute for honest-to-God knowledge.
2. Find out what works for YOU, experiment, try new routines, expand your personal envelope in a rational, intelligent fashion.
3. Go S-L-O-W...you can't train a broke dick.

P.S. Go to the very bottom of the page and select "ARCHIVE". You'll be amazed, I guarantee it.

This is definitely the classical way to think about human adaptation, though a lot areas besides Penis Enlargement suggest that many things assumed be of the second type are really the first type in disguise (we just haven't yet figured out how to control them yet).
As more universal principles of Penis Enlargement come to fruition (i.e. the example of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] and healing in the extended state), I would predict that many of those #2 type issues will actually be thought of as #1 type issues in the near future.

For example, I remember a report on a study which showed rats with induced stress levels ended up with a smaller corpus cavernosa. We know that properly performed meditation can have huge impacts on lowering cortisol, avoiding adrenal burnout, and several other issues related to stress.

I know that DLD has talked about using visualization a lot in his practices. The calming effect of such a thing may have huge impacts or very little, but we do know that it probably won't hurt.

I ain't quite pickin' up what yer puttin' down on this one.

But my main point was that there are some hands in life that we are simply dealt, can't change what's already been done, but how a person decides to play his hand can have a very effective impact on that hand o' cards.

Kinda like that old saying, "Money can't buy happiness"..."But it can sure as fuck rent some pleasure!"

Some things y'just can't outright change, but through hard work and awareness you can sure as hell alter the outcome somewhat.

I did, it was more of a general comment than it was a disagreement.
