Progress thread posting here until i get my first inch

so an update from today, when i was scrolling through the forum looking for any tutorial or video on doing slow squash jelqs and was looking through the bathmmate forum. I noticed that people were doing multiple sessions or using for an hour a day. So i thought since I can only pump 4 times a week I should probably try put more time in those sessions to maximize the results. I didnt get to slow squash jelq today. But I did a bathmate session for 20 minutes where I was still getting my usual inside bathmate size of 6 inches. Then stopped for 5 mins and i went in for another 10 minutes because the intensity at that point felt insane (but awesome). In those 10 minutes inside the bathmate i was hovering around 6.3-6.5 inches inside the bathmate. Which is fucking insane. So i'm now going to try keep this up,40 mins- hour a day 4 times a week with ssjs on the breaks and im hoping to start seeing these bathmate results outside of the bathmate where it counts.
I also wanted to ask what do people believe is the best routine while in the bathmate? I usually do a large press on the pump first time then once ive got my suction i just do it quite randomly.Whats the most optimal rhythm or thought process while pumping? Very thankful for this site.

DO Not…and I repeat…Do Not do your BM for more than the 5x5x3 @DLD SSJ routine calls for. You dick will be sorry brother. Since you want to go extreme with the time, and the BM has NO gauge to monitor pressure, you might be asking for serious trouble. I’m not the expert, but I’ll allow the others to chime in here. I’m getting the MitiVac from here on MOS as it seems to be the best package and also gauge to monitor the pressure. My LeLuv device took a crap and broke. Thus the soon addition with the MitiVac

Where you inside the pump for 20 minutes (without any break), it sounds like it, or I missinterpret your text?
If so this is really not necessary, and I think it's dangerous. Bathmate are recommending max 5 minutes inside the pump x 3, every 24 hour.
This is the guidelines from Bathmate.
You should not only focus on your expansion inside the pump. Both the pumping (your penis inside the pump) and manual girthwork (Slow Squash Jelq's) are necessary to permanently change your girth (EG). Just pumping will not get you the results you are desire.

On the higher side time-wise, when I did 10 minutes inside the pump in Bathmate (last set), I always risked bad water retention in my dick/foreskin. Not worth it in my opinion.

shit ok fair enough, was just judging from the bathmate part of the forum. Ill listen to you more experienced people and dlds opinion on this though of course.

thanks very much, i knew that routine but i meant like rhythm while pumping is it better to pump out the water slowly or quickly not sure if theres a difference there. And yeah 20 minutes without taking penis out however I didn't really feel the intensity until after 10 and then the 2nd set i felt the intensity straight away which is why im thinking maybe itll be better if i time the 5x5x5 from when i start to feel the intensity. As im guessing everyone else is feeling the effects pretty instantly by sounds of it. In terms of water retention that sounds abit nasty for sure.

When I worked on girth with the Bathmate pumps (Will get back at it again when I'm at BPEL: 7.5").

This was my method:
The first set, that is: inside the pump I could never get maximum pressure and expansion, on the second and last set, I could usally push up the pressure to the max.

I slowly increased the pressure so when the timer showed 2 minutes left I got maximum pressure. Then I would hold that pressure for the remaining 2 minutes. When the timer alerted me (Total time: 5 minutes), I slowly released the pressure.

Why not do 5 minutes x 3 times inside the pump, like in the Girth Program: 5x5x3?

By the way, do you got the hydromax version. or the HydroXtreme version of the Bathmate pump?
 
hydromax, and I stated why I want 5 minutes of intensity I think that will work best for me. If problems arise Ill adjust.
Hydramax, okey then I understand why you want to stay in longer. Hard to get maximum pressure without the hand pump.
As long as it works. I remember I did 10 minutes on my last set sometimes, for this reason (intensity).

Makes sense bro, yeah when I first got it I didn't know if extreme would be a massive difference, but definitely in due time I will probably upgrade to the extreme. Lets see what results can get up till summer

There is not a massive difference between hydromax and HydroXtreme pumps, it's just that the "gator" (rubber part against your body) are limiting maximum pressure.
But soon enough you will get through your plateaus and gain expansion either with hydromax or HydroXtreme.
You can push a little harder with the HydroXtreme version.

Do you work on length and girth with the pump?

I mean bathmate I believe is giving length aswell, but I dont do bathmmate stretches I don't see how they work except from angles to the side, coz downwards or upwards it would probably come off. So just manual stretching and bathmate for now, which I'm hoping can get the first 0.5-1inch. Inside bathmate ive reached 6.3-6.5 in length so I believe it must be contributing with the stretching towards it. Girth I should probably start measuring but haven't because its not my main goal. But my penis feels heavier feels thicker and erection quality keeps getting better.
 
i take that back actually coz with the best possible suction the stretches would probably work well, but i usually do my kegels inside and just focus on the pump so maybe will add in at some point

You will increase your length with 1" in no time, if you are consistent and increas the intensity as you go. Manual stretches can get you far.

Bathmate can give you some length as well, the penis is like a balloon, and not like a stretchable rope. It expands in all directions when you pump.

I will probably upgrade to the extreme.
You can get good results with the Bathmate hydromax pump.
Don't be discouraged due to my previous question, about which version of Bathmate pump you where using.
- As long as you do not max out expansion, into the "gator". That is: Maxing out girth at the base of your penis you are good.

The MITYVAC (MOS SHOP) also exist.
Many guys say it's really good. You can check it out if you want to.

can confirm today. Did first set, about 10 mins kind of mid intensity, but as soon as 2nd set came in great intensity rose up to 6.3 again from there onwards didn't need more then 5-7mins for next two. My schedule rn is 4 times bathmate and stretch 6 times a week. Gradually upping the time stretching too. Looked more into it on few pe sites and forums with the knowledge of this one too I'm really confident. This will be my last post until I measure 6 inches nbpel or 6.5 bonepressed. Be back soon!
