so an update from today, when i was scrolling through the forum looking for any tutorial or video on doing slow squash jelqs and was looking through the bathmmate forum. I noticed that people were doing multiple sessions or using for an hour a day. So i thought since I can only pump 4 times a week I should probably try put more time in those sessions to maximize the results. I didnt get to slow squash jelq today. But I did a bathmate session for 20 minutes where I was still getting my usual inside bathmate size of 6 inches. Then stopped for 5 mins and i went in for another 10 minutes because the intensity at that point felt insane (but awesome). In those 10 minutes inside the bathmate i was hovering around 6.3-6.5 inches inside the bathmate. Which is fucking insane. So i'm now going to try keep this up,40 mins- hour a day 4 times a week with ssjs on the breaks and im hoping to start seeing these bathmate results outside of the bathmate where it counts.
I also wanted to ask what do people believe is the best routine while in the bathmate? I usually do a large press on the pump first time then once ive got my suction i just do it quite randomly.Whats the most optimal rhythm or thought process while pumping? Very thankful for this site.
