In the first picture is what you see what I always have after 1,5h extending under good tension.

The second picture is just 30 seconds later. And it's gone! It's 100% flaccid not semi erect it just looks that way. At the base you see its 100% flaccid just like the first picture.

I do four kegels and only on the fourth kegel i grab my penis at the base and jelq towards halfway en hold for 30 seconds. That's it!

My warming down is just 30 seconds and that's it. To make my kegel strong I don't do that from the urine squeeze (muscle that holds your urine) I do that from the squeeze of the anus tightly☺. Yes this kegel is 3 TIMES STRONGER!View attachment 1817138View attachment 1817139

Most of you guys know what to do. But this is for those who just began to extend (or in the future) and so by this you already know what to do when u come across this (mostly after month of firm extending)

It's a lot easier then to believe that you must do 5minutes warm down. Others only need 30seconds and maybe you to!! Good luck!

Dude, how big are you know? And what kind of extender, noose or vacuum?

Noose. And also did vacuum couple of months. The tip is applied for both. There is no difference because there's always something wrapped just around the glans. Both vacuum and noose. And this causes to puch against the ridge of the glans. (2000+ grams 1,5h)
