The site updates are complete! Phase 5 is HERE and it does include an alternate POWER ASSIST stretching routine in addition to it's manual counterpart. There are also 28 NEW VIDEOS added to the VIDEO ARCHIVE.

Somehow a space or %20 percent is getting added to the url if you click on some videos. Until it gets fixed, just take out the 20% and hit enter.
