The grip is irrevelent... what's important is time under tension (TUT). The tightness of grip and speed of stroke will determine gains, not whether you grip it palm up or down...
Stroke speed is really up to you so you can do them fast or slow... just keep TUT in mind when doing your Penis Enlargement workout. Which is better... ten 1second strokes or one 10second stroke?? Answer... neither since they both work your penis for equal amounts of time. Get the picture?? Hope this helps.
